Gable-top packaging container
A method of producing a gable-top paper or paper-board based packaging container is disclosed, the packaging container having a plurality of top-closure sub-panels, including a top-closure sub-panel (132) configured to form a pouring spout of the packaging container when the packaging container is in an open position, the top-closure sub-panel being configured to form a pouring spout comprising top-fin panel sections (182a, 182b) being at least partially hot-sealed to each other prior to a first opening of the packaging container, the top-fin panel sections abutting one another in a contact region when the packaging container is in a closed position. The method comprises the steps of: producing a blank (100) from a laminate packaging material having an outside heat sealable layer; and treating the outside heat sealable layer in a sub-region (192a, 192b) of at least one of said top-fin panel sections (182a, 182b) reducing or eliminating the heat-sealing capacity of the outside heat sealable layer in the sub-region. A related blank and a packaging container produced from such a blank is also disclosed.
Method for fabricating bubbler
A method for fabricating a bubbler is disclosed, which is performed by laminating a polypropylene (PP), PE, CPET film onto a paper material surface to form a PP, PE, CPET film, and then screen printing or coating a hydrophilic polyurethane (PU) material onto another surface of the paper material to form a hydrophilic PU foaming material, then color printing a print material onto the hydrophilic foaming film to form a pattern layer, trimming the paper material to form a paper plate having a desired range, and forming the paper plate as an utensil, and enabling the hydrophilic PU foaming film to form a three dimensional pattern area on a surface of the utensil by being heated and thus foaming with a heating temperature presenting when the utensil is formed, whereby a three dimensional pattern area may be directly formed onto a surface of a utensil.
Method of forming a paper container and related materials
Materials for coating paper sleeve blanks are provided, wherein the paper sleeve blank includes a multilayer coating. The multilayer coating includes a barrier layer and a top coat. At least two polymeric layers, including a top coat, are added to one side of the paper sleeve blank and the bottom blank. A container forming machine wraps and seals the multilayer coated paper sleeve blank to the coated bottom blank.
COATED BOX WITH ANTI-GREASY FINGERPRINT COATING
A coated box with anti-stain coating on portions of exterior surfaces of the coated box, which also has uncoated exterior surfaces to which a water-based adhesive is applied to adhere to portions of an interior facing surface to form a box shape that includes folds at creases at scored lines.
Recyclable Container Blank and Method of Forming a Shipping Pack Having Articles Secured Therein
A container blank (1) of the RSC type having a material web (2) attached thereto to retain an article within a container formed from the blank (1). The web material (2) is selected from one or more materials having substantially identical recycling characteristics to the material from which the blank (1) is formed. The web material is coated in a cohesive film and can be stacked and handled without tack.
Coated Carton and Method of Making Same
A pattern-coated carton. The pattern-coated carton, may include a floor panel; side panels extending about a periphery of the floor panel, wherein the floor panel and side panels are configurable to form a container body; a closure portion, wherein the closure portion is configured to secure a top opening of the container body; and a patterned barrier coating disposed in a pattern on select portions of an outer surface of the container body.
METHOD OF PRODUCING RIGID PACKAGE MATERIAL AND RIGID BOX FROM TEXTILE WASTE
Disclosed is a method of producing a rigid package material from textile waste. The method comprises mechanically shredding the textile waste into fibres, the textile waste comprising synthetic textile; blending the fibres with a binder; arranging the blended fibres into a nonwoven web; needle punching the nonwoven web to form a nonwoven felt; and pressing the nonwoven felt thermomechanically to obtain the rigid package material.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR WEB-FED DRY FORMING OF FIBER-BASED PRODUCTS
Disclosed are methods and systems for production of fiber-based, plastic-free products are produced by a web-fed dry forming process. In some embodiments, a method of manufacturing a paper-based packaging product includes conditioning a paper web to optimize a moisture content of the paper web and to treat the paper web with at least one additive to form a conditioned paper web; and dry molding the conditioned paper web under one or both of heat and pressure to produce a plurality of finished paper-based packaging products.
PRODUCTION METHOD AND PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR FIBER BASED CELLULOSE MATERIAL PRODUCTS
This invention relates to Production method for fiber based cellulose material products by means of converting a blank or web, wherein there is provided a production space (1) including a converting production unit (2) intermittently producing a shaped product (5B), a supply station (3) and a supply path (4), comprising the steps of: a. Providing a supply of unconverted blanks or a web (5) at said supply station (3) having a density below 0,5 kg/dm.sup.3 and a wet content below 20% weight. b. Feeding an unconverted portion (5A) of said unconverted blanks or a web along said supply path (4), c. Converting said unconverted portion (5A) by means of said converting production unit (2) to a converted product (5B), Wherein also the following further steps are performed:Providing humidity sensor/s (6) measuring the humidity within said production space (1),Controllably feeding said unconverted portion (5A) along said supply path (4) to provide a time span (T) during feeding from said supply station (3) to said converting production unit (2), wherein said time span (T) provides for sufficient time of exposure of said unconverted portion (5A) to the environment in said production space (1) to obtain a moisture profile () within a preset moisture content (.sub.1-.sub.2).
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PAPER CONTAINER
A method for manufacturing a paper container, including following steps: preparing a paper material; applying a covering layer to at least one surface of the paper material to form a base material, wherein a material of the covering layer is selected from a group including acrylic acid; cutting the base material to form a first sheet and a second sheet; bending and connecting the first sheet to form a barrel body; and connecting the second sheet with the barrel body by ultrasonic heating and pressing. The barrel body is circumferentially disposed around the second sheet, and surfaces of the barrel body and the second sheet facing each other respectively have the covering layer applied thereto. The paper container produced by the present invention is easy to recycle and manufacture, and is environmentally friendly and resistant to leakage.
