A plant lifting device is mounted on an agricultural machine and includes a drum that is articulated to a frame around a first substantially horizontal axis and which includes a substantially cylindrical casing that has openings through which seizing means intended to lift plants situated outside the casing are able to protrude. A rotor is provided onto which the seizing means are fastened and that is able to be driven in rotation relative to the frame around a second axis directed substantially parallel to the first axis and separate from it, in which, when the device is operated, the second axis is fixed relative to the first axis. A rotational movement transmission means includes at least one rod articulated to the drum on one hand and to the rotor on another hand.

Baler with multiple plungers

A square baler comprising a gear box configured to receive power from a rotating power source. The baler additionally comprises first and second drive shaft sections extending outwardly from generally opposite sides of the gear box. The gear box is configured to rotate said first and second drive shaft sections using power from the rotating power source. The baler further comprises first and second reciprocating plungers respectively coupled to the first and second drive shaft sections in a manner such that rotation of the first drive shaft section causes reciprocation of the first plunger and rotation of the second drive shaft section causes reciprocation of the second plunger.

Agricultural baler

An agricultural baler including a bale chamber; a plunger; a feeder duct; and a rotor feeder unit. The rotor feeder unit includes a rotor feeder unit bottom distant from a rotor feeder forming a lower boundary of a conveying channel through the rotor feeder unit. The rotor feeder unit also includes scrapers placed in a conveying direction behind the rotor feeder. The scrapers extend in between the tines and have a leading face cooperating with the tines. The agricultural baler further includes a position adjuster configured to displace the leading face of the scrapers relative to the rotor feeder unit bottom, and to displace a top wall and/or the bottom wall of the feeder duct, in order to adjust the volume of the feeder duct.

High capacity baler with multiple knotters

A high capacity square baler comprising a pickup mechanism configured to pick up a single windrow of crop material off the ground. The baler additionally comprising one or more stuffer chutes each configured to receive at least a portion of the crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The baler additionally comprising one or more stuffer assemblies each configured to push crop material generally upward through one or more of the stuffer chutes. The baler additionally comprising a plurality of bale-forming chambers each configured to receive crop material from one or more of the stuffer chutes. The baler further comprising a plurality of knotter assemblies each associated with one of the bales forming chambers and each configured to wrap and tie securement lines around each formed bale. The knotter assemblies are configured to operate independently of one another, such that formed bales can be tied at different times.

An axle arrangement for a baler having a chassis includes a first axle having opposite ends and a pair of suspension cylinders, with each suspension cylinder positioned at a corresponding end of the first axle to accommodate generally vertical loads. The first axle is coupled with the chassis to accommodate generally horizontal loads. A second axle has opposite ends and a pair of suspension cylinders, with each suspension cylinder positioned at a corresponding end of the second axle to accommodate generally vertical loads. The second axle is coupled with the first axle to accommodate generally horizontal loads.

Shaft shield for rotary conveyor

A shield to prevent crop material from wrapping around the shaft of a rotary conveyor of a harvester, such as a baler, includes a body. The body is positioned between a stripper finger and a shaft of the rotary conveyor and has an end surface facing the shaft. A lug is positioned at the opposite end of the body from the end surface and is attached to the housing of the rotary conveyor. The body has opposite side surfaces positioned in spaced relation at a distance substantially equal to the width of the separation fingers of the rotary conveyor.

PICK-UP HAVING TINE RINGS AND TINE SEGMENTS

A rotatable pick-up device, which is installed or installable in an agricultural harvesting machine, for harvested crop, having a roller-shaped drum with an outer lateral surface that has an outside diameter, a multiplicity of tine rings that are arranged on the outer lateral surface of the drum and protrude over the outside diameter of the drum, intermediate spaces for receiving strippers provided between adjacent tine rings, and the tine rings have tine segments that, in the mounted state, are arranged entirely above the lateral surface and are manufactured from an elastic plastic. The tine rings and the tine segments have mutually complementary fastening means, by means of which the tine segments can be mounted on the tine ring without the tine ring being removed.

AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE WITH ADJUSTABLE PICKUP

A feeding assembly for an agricultural vehicle includes: a frame; a rotatable auger supported by the frame and including at least one flighting; and a pickup assembly including a rotatable pickup reel and a plurality of tines rotatably carried by the pickup reel about a rotation axis, the tines being configured to pickup and convey crop material to the auger during rotation of the pickup reel. The pickup reel is movable relative to the auger such that movement of the pickup reel adjusts a distance between the rotation axis and the at least one flighting of the auger.
