The present invention relates to a method for forming packages of flexible material with a first side gusset and a second side gusset starting from a strip coming from a reel having a sliding direction. The method comprises the following steps: making the first gusset by folding close to a first side edge of the strip coming from the reel, and making the second gusset by folding the strip coming from the reel; in which the step of making the second gusset is performed on a portion of the strip which extends in the sliding direction after the step of making the first gusset was performed on the portion of the strip. Moreover, the present invention relates to a machine configured so as to carry out the method.

A machine for making bags is disclosed and includes input, drum, and output sections. The drum section has at least one seal bar on a drum. The sections are mounted to side frames that are single metal plates. When one spindle is in the center and surface wind position, the other spindle is in the center wind only position. A push off palm mounted in a push off position. The spindle is collapsible.

The packaging structure of the present disclosure can overcome problems that kraft paper bubble bags or envelopes, and paper and plastics can't be separated and recycled to pollute environment in the prior art. At the same time, it can solve technical problems of dust pollution and poor air quality caused by using powdery and granular soft structures used as buffers.
