Container With Liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a base layer and a liner at least partially attached to an inner surface of the base layer, a flange comprising a central panel of the base layer, an opening extending in the central panel, and a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel along the opening.
Folded liner for use with an overpack and methods of manufacturing the same
A method for folding a liner for packaging and/or insertion into an overpack. The method may include providing a liner comprising a substantially tubular body portion and a closed top and bottom, and a fitment formed in or affixed to the top of the liner, forming a gusset in the bottom panel of the liner, forming a gusset in the body portion of the liner, and fan-folding the liner. In some embodiments, the top of the liner may be a substantially circular top panel and the bottom of the liner may be a substantially circular bottom panel, with the top panel being attached to one end of the tubular body portion and the bottom panel being attached to an opposite end of the tubular body portion. In other embodiments, the liner may be a flexible, blow molded liner, thereby having no weld seams.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOOD PACKAGING PAPER TRAY THAT CAN BE EASILY SEPARATED AND DISCARDED
According to a method for manufacturing a food packaging paper tray that can be easily separated and discarded, the paper tray is manufactured with paper of a predetermined thickness, and the bottom surface, wall surfaces and outward flange of the paper tray are coated (attached) with the synthetic resin oriented film, and thus the firm exterior shape thereof is maintained, and sealing and packaging thereof are possible by means of the sealing and packaging machine using thermoplastic films through the outward flange to which the synthetic resin oriented film is attached. Particularly, the synthetic resin oriented film is adhered, while stretched, to the bottom surface, wall surfaces and outward flange of the paper tray through an adhesive applied to the lower surface thereof, so as to ensure the waterproof function of the paper tray, and can be easily separated from the paper tray if pulled by applying artificial power.
Container with liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a base layer and a liner at least partially attached to an inner surface of the base layer, a flange comprising a central panel, an opening extending in the central panel, and a sidewall comprising a plurality of panels. Each panel of the plurality of panels can be foldably connected to the central panel, and at least one panel can be foldably connected to the central panel along the opening. A bottom wall can comprise at least first and second bottom panels foldably connected to respective panels. The second bottom panel at least partially overlaps the first bottom panel so that the second bottom panel extends along the inner surface of the base layer, and the first bottom panel extends along the inner surface of the base layer at least via a cutout in the second bottom panel.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A TRAY LINED WITH A FOIL
A method for producing a shell lined with a film, in particular a shell for receiving food is provided, the method having the steps of: erecting an unfolded sheet of a paper fiber-based material in order to form a shell comprising a base, a lateral wall which has an upper edge and which consists of at least two lateral wall parts, wherein laterally adjacent lateral wall parts are designed to overlap with one another, and a collar which runs circumferentially on the upper edge and extends outwards therefrom and which defines an access opening, positioning the film above the access opening, heating the film, fixing the film on the collar, and supplying compressed air to the film side facing away from the shell in order to blow the film into the access opening in order to laminate the base and the lateral wall with the film.
Container with liner
A container for heating a food product. The container comprises a base layer of material and a liner releasably attached to an inner surface of the base layer. The liner is at least partially attached to the base layer by a heat seal layer, and the liner is separable from the base layer after heating the container. The container comprises a bottom panel and a sidewall extending along the bottom panel.
Tray With Multiple Compartments
A tray for holding one or more food products includes an upper construct, the upper construct including a plurality of panels having a flange panel and a plurality of upper side panels extending from the flange panel, and a lower construct, the lower construct including a plurality of panels, the plurality of panels of the lower construct including at least one bottom panel and a plurality of lower side panels forming a sidewall extending at least partially around an interior of the tray, the plurality of upper side panels of the upper construct are positioned in at least partial face-to-face contact with a respective lower side panel of the plurality of lower side panels of the lower construct, the plurality of panels of the lower construct further including a divider panel at least partially forming a divider wall forming a plurality of compartments in the interior of the tray.
