AUTOMATIC ROTATING AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM
The disclosed invention provides an automatic, rotating agricultural system that rotates around a central pivot point in either a full rotation or a partial arc to irrigate, plant and/or harvest a field. The agricultural system includes a center pivot frame, a plurality of frame segments connected to each other, and a feed storage bin connected to the center pivot frame and the frame segments. The frame segment includes a section frame including wheels to enable movements, a cutter trolley beam extends in a radial direction of the section frame, a cutterhead coupled to the cutter trolley beam to cut forage or crop, a radial conveyor that moves the cut forage or crop in the radial direction of the section frame, and a cutter conveyor that moves the cut forage or crop from the cutterhead to the radial conveyor.
BALE WRAP CUTTING AND RETAINING APPARATUS
Example aspects of a wrap cutting assembly for a bale wrap and a method for using a bale wrap cutting and retaining apparatus are disclosed. The wrap cutting assembly can comprise a saw housing defining a connection portion; a saw comprising a plurality of teeth configured to cut the bale wrap; and a linkage system movably coupling the saw to the saw housing and configured to move the saw along an arcuate path.
Rotor Knife Insert Assistant
A crop cutting device including a crop guiding surface, a plurality of parallel knives, and an actuating mechanism for moving the knives between a retracted inoperative position below the crop guiding surface and an extended operative position. A portion of the knives projects above the crop guiding surface. A plurality of movable operating members is associated with respective ones of the plurality of knives and movable from a first position in which the knives are in the retracted inoperative position, to a second position in which the knives are in the extended operative position. A support frame holds the operating members in a sliding relation to the support frame. The knife insert assistant is coupled to the support frame and configured for blocking a sliding movement of the operating members relative to the support frame during a movement of the support frame from the retracted position to the employed position.

Shaft Shield for Rotary Conveyor
A shield to prevent crop material from wrapping around the shaft of a rotary conveyor of a harvester, such as a baler, includes a body. The body is positioned between a stripper finger and a shaft of the rotary conveyor and has an end surface facing the shaft. A lug is positioned at the opposite end of the body from the end surface and is attached to the housing of the rotary conveyor. The body has opposite side surfaces positioned in spaced relation at a distance substantially equal to the width of the separation fingers of the rotary conveyor.
Cutting Device for Agricultural Crop
A cutting device for agricultural crop has cutting elements and a rotor element rotating in operation about a rotor axis. The cutting elements are arranged in a cutting position stationarily relative to the rotor element and are able to yield in a springy fashion. The rotor element has a central body that is provided with a central conveying section and with at least one axial conveying section. The central conveying section has central conveying elements correlated with the cutting elements. The at least one axial conveying section is provided with an axial conveying element extending spirally at least in sections about the rotor axis. The at least one axial conveying section of the central body has a first radius and the central conveying section of the central body has a second radius, wherein the first radius is larger than the second radius.

Tine Plate for an Agricultural Baler
A planar tine plate having a number of tines. The tine plate is configured to be arranged on a rotor shaft of a rotor cutter apparatus of an agricultural baler. The tine plate is for moving or conveying crop material collected by the agricultural baler, for example by a pickup apparatus of the agricultural baler. The tine plate has at least one first tine and at least one second tine spaced angularly from the at least one first tine. The at least one first tine has a length greater than that of the at least one second tine. An increase in the cleaning efficiency and the crop conveying efficiency of an area to be swept by the tine plate as the rotor shaft rotates may be achieved.
Rotor Assembly for an Agricultural Baler
A rotor assembly for an agricultural baler. The rotor assembly has a rotor shaft having a central portion and first and second end portions either side of the central portion. The rotor assembly further has a number of tine plates to be arranged axially along the rotor shaft, each of the tine plates having one or more tines. The tine plates are arranged such that there is an angular spacing between the tines of adjacent ones of the tine plates. A magnitude of the angular spacing is greater or smaller at the central portion than at the first and second end portions of the rotor shaft. This can help to ensure that collected crop is more evenly distributed when it is moved into a pre-compression chamber of the baler in the case of relatively narrow or wide windrows, in particular that the crop that fills the sides of the pre-compression chamber is optimal, which means that a desired bale shape and bale rate may be more readily achieved.
Crop Cutting Device, Agricultural Machine Comprising Such Crop Cutting Device and Crop Cutting Method
A crop cutting device including knives pivotally mounted below a crop guiding surface. Each knife is pivotable between a retracted position in which it is located below the guiding surface and an extended position. At least a cutting edge of the knife projects above the surface. A selector mechanism selectively holds spring loaded parts of operating members to maintain the corresponding knife in its retracted inoperative position while the operating member is moved to its second position. The selector mechanism includes a shaft carrying a plurality of cam elements which are mounted on the shaft and arranged to be moved to a position for blocking a respective spring loaded part upon rotation of the shaft from a non-holding to a holding position.
