The baling system also includes a tensioning arm rotatably coupled to a frame of the baling system at a pivot. The baling system also includes a first plurality of rollers disposed about the bale forming region. The baling system also includes a second plurality of rollers rotatably coupled to the tensioning arm. The baling system also includes a bale forming belt disposed about the bale forming region. The bale forming belt is engaged with the first plurality of rollers and the second plurality of rollers. A rotational axis of the pivot is positioned below a longitudinal central axis of a fully-formed bale disposed in the bale forming region at an end of a bale forming stage. At least a portion of each roller of the first plurality of rollers is disposed below a height of the fully-formed bale at the end of the bale forming stage.

An agricultural machine system includes a baling system. The baling system includes a bale forming region. At least a portion of each roller of the first plurality of rollers is disposed below a height of the fully-formed bale at the end of the bale forming stage.

A bale receiving table having a turntable assembly for an agricultural bale transport vehicle for receiving, forming, and manipulating on the turntable assembly successive layers of mid-size or big bales for tilting up and placement on a load table of the transport vehicle. After a transverse bale layer is assembled on the table, the transverse bale layer may be selectively centered on the turntable assembly and selectively elevated along the vertical axis of the turntable assembly and rotated 90 degrees about its horizontal plane to be aligned longitudinal to the table to form a bale tie layer with the integrated bales aligned longitudinal to the table and the transport vehicle.

A bale receiving table having a turntable assembly for an agricultural bale transport vehicle for receiving, forming, and manipulating on the turntable assembly successive layers of mid-size or big bales for tilting up and placement on a load table of the transport vehicle. After a transverse bale layer is assembled on the table, the transverse bale layer may be selectively centered on the turntable assembly and selectively elevated along the vertical axis of the turntable assembly and rotated 90 degrees about its horizontal plane to be aligned longitudinal to the table to form a bale tie layer with the integrated bales aligned longitudinal to the table and the transport vehicle.

A trailer having a deck and a flip-over ramp. The deck and one side of the flip-over ramp are convertible from a flat position to a position with cradles that are configured to hold one or more round hay bales. The deck may tilt, and side rails may cooperate to form the cradle region. The flip over ramp may also pivot about a horizontal axis to form a pathway from a ground surface to the deck. Side rails may pivot both about a horizontal axis, and about a vertical axis near the flip-over ramp to allow clearance when the ramp is deployed.

An improved stack bed wagon is provided for pickup of one or more mid-size or big bales in an agricultural field for transport that simultaneously tilts and rotates a longitudinal bale 90 degrees upwardly and transversely over, adjacent, and along the forward upper edge of a stack bed for pushback onto the stack bed for transport or for consolidation with one or more similar bales in a single layer stack load on the stack bed that can be offloaded from the wagon to the field for later pickup and movement or that can be used for transport of the stack load for deposit in a different place or that can be used for the retrieval of a stack load from a field, ground, or storage surface.

A bale loading apparatus for use in the agricultural applications that enables conversion from a small bale pickup and transport vehicle to a big bale pickup and transport vehicle. A conveyor lifts big bales from the ground in the field onto the receiving table of a bale transport vehicle. A rotating and sliding motion enables the positioning of the big bale lengthwise across the receiving table of the bale transport vehicle. A control system for managing the big bale loading process is also provided.

A bale loading apparatus for use in the agricultural applications that enables conversion from a small bale pickup and transport vehicle to a big bale pickup and transport vehicle. A conveyor lifts big bales from the ground in the field onto the receiving table of a bale transport vehicle. A rotating and sliding motion enables the positioning of the big bale lengthwise across the receiving table of the bale transport vehicle. A control system for managing the big bale loading process is also provided.

A bale strapping apparatus is provided. The apparatus may include a floor to receive at least one bale of material, a bar, and means for moving the bar. The bar may include at least one dispenser for receiving and dispensing securing members. The securing members may be permanently attached to the dispenser. Furthermore, the bar may be moved laterally above and across the floor and, accordingly, over the at least one bale of material, thereby causing the dispenser to dispense the securing member around the at least one bale. The apparatus may then tighten the securing members, thus securing the bale to the apparatus.
