REPLACEABLE BLADE
A flexible structure inflation device, comprising an inflation assembly configured for insertion between first and second overlapping film layers of a web of material, the inflation assembly having a fluid conduit configured directing a fluid in between the layers to inflate the web; and a cutting member held magnetically in an operative position adjacent the inflation assembly to cut the film passing over the inflation assembly
Dunnage Apparatus with Static Remover
Provided is a dunnage apparatus, comprising a converting station and a static remover. The converting station converts a line of high-density stock material into low density dunnage and moves the dunnage along a material path in a downstream direction. The static remover is electrically grounded and contacts the dunnage to thereby remove static buildup from the material.

Systems for producing dunnage
A dunnage conversion machine includes a drive mechanism configured to deform a stock material into dunnage. The drive mechanism may include a roller with an outer surface having a first shape, and another roller having an outer surface with a second shape different than the first shape. The dunnage conversion machine also may include a cutting mechanism that includes an anvil having a curvilinear surface, and a cutting portion, with the anvil and the cutting portion being configured to cut the dunnage. The dunnage conversion machine also may include an inlet chute configured to feed the stock material to the dunnage conversion machine. The inlet chute may include a protrusion located within an interior channel of the inlet chute and configured to restrict larger objects, such as the fingers and hands of an operator, from moving down the interior channel.
DUNNAGE CONVERTER OUTPUT CHUTE SAFETY MECHANISM
An output chute safety mechanism includes an output chute, an output chute valve door, and an upstream valve door. The output chute includes a proximal end and a distal end. The output chute valve door includes a first configuration that obstructs the output chute and a second configuration that does not obstruct the output chute. The upstream valve door includes a first configuration that prevents the output chute valve door from being disposed in its second configuration and a second configuration that permits the output chute valve door to be disposed in its second configuration.
POST-CRUMPLER JAM DETECTOR FOR DUNNAGE DEVICE
A device for producing dunnage includes a jam detector located downstream of a crumpler and upstream of an outlet chute of the device and configured to detect a jam of the dunnage between the crumpler and the outlet chute.

Device having a guillotine device for cutting to length for manufacturing a packaging material product from a fibre starting material and method for manufacturning a packaging material product
An apparatus for producing a packaging material product from a fiber starting material (e.g. single- or multi-ply paper web or corrugated board web) may include a separating device for separating the packaging material product from a packaging material strand (e.g. corrugated board web or three-dimensional paper cushioning strand), feed wheels arranged in the conveying direction upstream of the separating device for conveying the packaging material strand, and discharge wheels arranged in the conveying direction downstream of the separating device for discharging the packaging material strand. A blade of the separating device may be guided such that, in cutting engagement, it translationally cuts through the packaging material strand transversely to the conveying direction.
