One-piece sandwich structured knitted waterproof shoe upper with rubber topline
The present invention discloses a novel one-piece sandwich structured knitted waterproof upper with rubber topline, comprises, an upper body, comprising a surface layer, a waterproof and breathing layer and a liner layer, the surface layer is made from yarn, an inner side of the surface layer is provided with evenly distributed yarn meshes, the liner layer is made from a polyester fiber layer, an inner side of the polyester fiber layer is provided with a mildew proof and antibacterial layer; an end of the upper body is provided with a topline, a flexible rubber band is provided at an inner side of the topline; and ventilating pores are provided at an inner side of the surface layer. By configuring the upper body to contain materials such as the polyester fiber layer with waterproof function and cooperating with weaving in different knitting intensities, air ventilation is good compared with leather uppers.
BALLISTIC LAMINATE COMPRISING UNIDIRECTIONAL LAYERS JOINED TOGETHER
The present invention relates to a structure for producing ballistic protection which combines high levels of performance in terms of stopping bullets and reducing trauma with great flexibility and breathability. A ballistic laminate comprising joined together unidirectional layers is produced. The ballistic laminate provided by the present invention is preferably produced by superposing at least two layers of ballistic yarns 101 and 103, arranged unidirectionally according to directions inclined relative to one another by approximately 90° (+/−10°). Each layer comprises a plurality of fibres arranged unidirectionally according to a substantially mutually parallel direction (+/−10°).
ARMOR INCLUDING WOVEN AND UNIDIRECTIONAL FABRIC LAYERS AND METHODS OF FORMING ARMOR
An armor and a method of forming an armor. The armor comprising a lamination comprising a plurality of alternating stacks of fabric layers. The alternating stacks of fabric layers include a woven fabric layer and a unidirectional fabric layer.
ERGONOMIC TOWEL
An ergonomic towel for providing elevated support and comfort to a user lying thereon. The towel includes a top layer secured to a bottom layer by a plurality of attachment members. The attachment members may be detachable attachment members or permanent attachment members such as stitching. The towel includes one or more support compartments within which one or more support members may be received therein. Support members may either be removably inserted within the support compartments, or are secured within the support compartments. The support members may comprise pillows. The towel may include three support compartments, positioned to support a user's head, back and knees.
ANIMAL TOY OR BLANKET
An article comprises core of filler material, and a quilted textile enclosing the core wherein the textile comprises a first fabric having a cover factor between 70% and 95% and a tensile strength of at least 600 N/5 cm, the first fabric being a woven or knit fabric that is in contact with the core material, a second fabric bonded to the first fabric by an adhesive, the second fabric being a plush fabric, located on the side of the first fabric remote from the core, a first quilting yarn on the outer surface of the textile having a tenacity of at least 45 cN/tex and an elongation at break no greater than 10%, a second quilting yarn on the inner surface of the textile having a tenacity of at least 15 cN/tex and an elongation at break greater than 10%.
CONNECTORS FOR INTEGRATING CONDUCTIVE THREADS TO NON-COMPATIBLE ELECTROMECHANICAL DEVICES
An electrical circuit assembly comprising: a circuit component, a fabric-based component, and a fastener is disclosed along with methods for fabricating the electrical circuit assembly and for using the electrical circuit assembly. The circuit component may comprise: a substrate layer comprising an integrated circuit disposed on the substrate layer; and a first conductive linkage electrically coupled to the integrated circuit. The fabric-based component may comprise: a fabric layer comprising a first at least one conductive thread; and a second conductive linkage electrically coupled to the first at least one conductive thread. The fastener may be configured to couple the circuit component and the fabric-based component at the first conductive linkage and the second conductive linkage.
COMPOSITE AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
Described is a composite made from a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, or a knitted face fabric and a non-woven fabric. The woven fabric, the non-woven fabric, or the knitted face fabric is needle punched such that fibers protrude into the non-woven fabric. The woven fabric, the non-woven fabric, or the knitted face fabric has a first polymer having a first melting point and a second polymer having a second melting point being higher than the first melting point. The nonwoven backing material comprises a third polymer having a third melting point and a fourth polymer having a fourth melting point being higher than the third melting point. The woven fabric, the non-woven fabric, or the knitted face fabric is further bonded to the nonwoven backing material applying heat to at least partially melt or soften the first polymer and the third polymer such that they bond together.
