BATTERY PACKAGING MATERIAL
Battery packaging material wherein a sheet-like laminated body is formed by sequentially stacking at least a base layer, metal layer, and sealant layer, the battery packaging material being equipped with substantially rectangular space that is formed to protrude from the sealant layer side toward the base layer side, and accommodates a battery element on the sealant layer side. In planar view from the base layer side view, a first and second curved sections are provided from the center portion toward the battery packaging material end parts, in a cross section in the thickness direction on a line connecting opposing corner parts protruding in a substantially rectangular shape. The thickness (a) of the metal layer at the first curved section, (c) of the metal layer at the second curved section, and (b) of the metal layer at the section located between the first and second curved sections, satisfy the following relationship a≧b>c or a≧c>b.
BATTERY PACKAGING MATERIAL
A battery packaging material has an excellent ink printing characteristic on a base-layer-side surface. This battery packaging material has a laminated body formed by sequentially stacking at least a base layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer, with the wet tensile strength of the surface of the base layer being 32 mN/m or greater.
RESIN COMPOSITION, MOLDED PRODUCT OF RESIN COMPOSITION, AND JOINT STRUCTURE OF MOLDED PRODUCT OF RESIN COMPOSITION
A resin composition includes a polyamide resin, and a graphene oxide.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A LIGHTWEIGHT LAMINATE
A method of producing a laminated article comprising placing a first metal skin, a core, and a second metal skin freely onto each other as discreet layers to provide a layered component; and forming the layered component into a shaped article via a die prior to producing a laminated article by applying pressure and heat to the shaped article, wherein at least the first skin moves relative to the core and/or second skin during the forming.
STRUCTURAL MEMBER OF VEHICLE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A structural member of a vehicle includes a metal body, a first resin layer and a second resin layer. The metal body is made of metal. The first resin layer is provided on the metal body in a layering direction and includes a first thermoplastic resin. The second resin layer is provided on the first resin layer in the layering direction and includes a second thermoplastic resin and carbon fiber.
BLOCK POLYIMIDE, BLOCK POLYAMIDE ACID IMIDE AND USE THEREOF
Provided are a block polyamide acid imide having an appropriate solubility in aqueous alkaline solutions, and block polyimides that are obtained using same and have high transparency and a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion (low CTE). The block polyimide comprises blocks configured from repeating structural units represented by defined formula (1A) and blocks configured from repeating structural units represented by defined formula (1B).
JOINED BODY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND COOLING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT USING COOLING DEVICE
A joined body of the embodiments is a joined body which includes copper and resin, wherein in a joint surface of the copper to the resin, a triazine thiol derivative, or the triazine thiol derivative and a silane coupling agent are bonded to a base surface and the silane coupling agent is bonded to an oxide film formed on part of the joint surface, respectively, and the copper and the resin are molecularly joined to each other. This configuration makes it possible to obtain a joined body having high reliability by molecularly joining both the base surface and the oxide film of the copper, and the resin securely and achieving a strong joint of the copper and the resin at a time of joining the copper and the resin even though the oxide film is formed on part of the joint surface of the copper.
AQUEOUS COPOLYMER COATING COMPOSITIONS FOR INDUSTRIAL AND CONSTRUCTION APPLICATIONS
Copolymer dispersions containing polyamide segments in aqueous media form binders for coatings for various industrial and construction materials. The copolymers have a high percentage of amide linkages. The copolymers are linked into higher molecular weight species by reactions with polyisocyanates (which forms urea linkages if the other reactant is an amine or a urethane linkage if the other reactant is a hydroxyl group).
MOLDED POLYMER AND METAL ARTICLES
There is provided a metal-organic composite which exhibits synergistic improvement in thermo-mechanical properties when compared with either of the components alone. The composites of this invention can be readily fabricated into various shapes by conventional molding processes including injection or compression molding. As a result, the composites of this invention find a variety of applications in fabricating a variety of three dimensional articles including automotive parts among others.
LIQUID REPELLENT FILM OR SHEET, AND PACKAGING MATERIAL USING SAME
The present invention is a liquid-repellent film or sheet that exhibits an excellent liquid repellency, and a packaging material using the same. The liquid-repellent film or sheet comprises: a substrate layer (2); an adhesive layer (3) that comprises a thermoplastic resin, and is formed on at least one plane of the substrate layer (2); and a liquid-repellent layer (4) that comprises a resin (6) having a liquid-repellent moiety, and hydrophilic particles (5), and is formed on the surface of the adhesive layer (3).
