Method for producing a semiconductor module by using adhesive attachment prior to sintering
A method for producing a semiconductor module, involving the steps: providing a carrier plate and a substrate having a bonding layer arranged on a surface of the carrier plate or the substrate, applying adhesive in multiple adhesive areas of the carrier plate or the substrate which are free from the bonding layer, positioning the substrate on the carrier plate such that the substrate and the carrier plate are in contact with the bonding layer and the adhesive, and joining the substrate and the carrier plate across the bonding layer by melting or sintering of the bonding layer.
PREPREGS, CORES AND COMPOSITE ARTICLES INCLUDING POWDER COATED LAYERS
Composite articles comprising a porous prepreg or core layer and a powder coated layer thereon are described. In some instances, a thermoplastic composite article comprises a porous core layer comprising a web of reinforcing fibers held together by a thermoplastic material, and a powder coated layer disposed on the porous core layer, in which a particle size of the powder coated layer is selected to provide an interface between the powder coated layer and the porous core layer, wherein at least 50% by weight of the disposed powder coated layer is present above the interface.
Method for improving creep performance in elastic applications
A method and system of using a polyolefin-based, hot melt adhesive improves creep performance of elastic strands adhered to another substrate. Some deflection, greater than 1°, of the exit angle formed by a line normal to the axis of a neutrally-positioned applicator and the elastic strand extending from the applicator is introduced. Preferably, deflection of the entrance angle is also introduced and a head tilt angle is also provided. The use of deflection improves creep performance or allows for a reduced amount of adhesive to be used to achieve the same or similar creep performance. The elastic strands may be used to form a leg cuff in personal care products, such as diapers, and the substrate to which they are applied could be a polyethylene film or non-woven materials.
Method for manufacturing paper straw
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a paper straw, the method comprising: a paper roll transmission step, a paper strip heating step, a bonding and shaping step and a cutting step. Wherein, a plurality of raw paper rolls face a connection position jointly to transmit a raw paper strip, the raw paper strip includes a paper material and a dry hot-melt adhesive. The dry hot-melt adhesive of the raw paper rolls is heated for changing into flow hot-melt adhesive. Then the raw paper rolls is transmitted to the connection position for rolling jointly, and the flow hot-melt adhesives are bounded on another raw paper strip to form a pipe. Finally, the pipe is cut to form at least one paper straw after the pipe exceeds a setting length. The present invention uses dry adhesive to manufacture paper straw, without the excessive glue problem and mold phenomenon of the traditional wet bonding method as well as without an extra dry fixing step of traditional manufacture process, so the productivity will be raised significantly, and the defect rate will be reduced.
METHOD FOR INTRODUCING OPENINGS INTO A DECORATIVE MATERIAL LAMINATED ONTO A CARRIER
A method for introducing openings into a decorative material laminated onto a carrier comprises the following steps: providing a fixing device with at least two indicator pins and at least one absorption chamber, providing a carrier with holes for receiving the indicator pins and a decorative material with holes for receiving the indicator pins, pushing the carrier onto the indicator pins and then pushing the decorative material onto the indicator pins. The indicator pins extend through the holes in the carrier and the decorative material and visible parts of the indicator pins protrude above the decorative material, and the decorative material is positioned on the carrier and laminated onto the carrier. Openings are introduced into the decorative material above the openings in the carrier by means of a laser, by detecting the positions of the indicator pins and the heights of the visible parts of the indicator pins.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATE, LAMINATE, AND AIRBAG
A method of manufacturing a laminate including a fabric and a thermoplastic film, wherein the thermoplastic film is a multilayer film including an adhesive layer including a thermoplastic polyester elastomer and a barrier layer that is bonded to the adhesive layer, and that has a melting point that is higher than a melting point of the adhesive layer, and that includes a polymer, and wherein the fabric includes a polyester, the method including a step of adhering a side of the multilayer film with the adhesive layer to the fabric, while heating the multilayer film at a temperature below the melting point of the barrier layer.
Disposable wearable article
A disposable wearable article includes an elastic film stretchable structure in which an elastic film is laminated between a first sheet layer and a second sheet layer. The first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are bonded to each other through holes passing through the elastic film with many bonded portions arranged at intervals. A region having the elastic film stretchable structure includes a stretchable region that elastically stretches and contracts together with the elastic film. The stretchable region includes a plurality of elastic films disposed so as to have an overlapping portion. The number of laminated layers of the elastic film in a region located in an intermediate portion of the stretchable region in an orthogonal direction (XD) orthogonal to a stretchable direction (ED) is different from that in each of second regions adjacent to both sides of the first region.
Method and apparatus for adhesive activation
The invention relates to a method and apparatus for activating an adhesive for composing veneers. A method for activating an adhesive for composing veneers according to an aspect of the invention comprises providing the adhesive on a surface of a veneer, and radiating the adhesive on the surface of the veneer. The method may comprise providing a reinforcing material on the adhesive; or providing an adhesive tape on the surface of the veneer, wherein the adhesive tape comprises adhesive coated or impregnated with a reinforcing material. The method may further comprise radiating the adhesive between the surface of the veneer and the reinforcing material.
TACKIFIED HOTMELT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION
A hotmelt composition comprising, a low molecular weight metallocene-catalyzed polymer, a high molecular weight polymer, an amorphous polyolefin and a tackifier. The hotmelt composition is particularly useful in absorbent articles such as diapers. The hotmelt composition provides especially good nonwoven-film bonds but can also be used for nonwoven-nonwoven bonds.
Hot melt adhesive composition and use thereof
The sprayable olefin-based hot melt adhesive and absorbent articles comprising the adhesive are disclosed. The sprayable olefin-based hot melt adhesive is particularly suitable for spraying at low application temperatures. The sprayable low application temperature hot melt adhesives have high green strength, excellent bond strength and aging performance. Moreover, the sprayable low application temperature hot melt adhesives allows for thin bond lines without bleed-through and burn-through risks for heat-sensitive substrates.
