Three-dimensional fiber-reinforced composite and method for producing three-dimensional fiber-reinforced composite
A three-dimensional fiber-reinforced composite includes a laminate having a plurality of fiber bundle layers that are layered in a lamination direction and include first and second outermost layers, a matrix resin; and a binding yarn. The binding yarn has first and second traverse yarn sections, and a surface-layer yarn section. The surface layer yarn section has bifurcated sections extending in opposite directions from the first and second traverse yarn sections on the surface of the second outermost layer. An additive and the matrix resin are arranged in a space enclosed by the bifurcated sections and the fiber bundles of the second outermost layer adjacent to the bifurcated sections, and also in a space between each of the first and second traverse yarn sections and fiber bundles adjacent thereto, and in a space between the first and second traverse yarn sections.
SANDWICH PANEL WITH UNIDIRECTIONAL COMPOSITE TAPES AND ITS PRODUCTION PROCESS
Method and apparatus for the production of an optionally large width thermoplastic sandwich panel with composite skins in a 0/90 unidirectional tape layup. The composite skins can be composed of thermoplastic film or sheet material. The method and apparatus allow rapid production of different widths of completed thermoplastic honeycomb sandwich panels. Thermoplastic film or sheet is preferably joined/laminated by thermoplastic welding to a honeycomb core.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAYERED PRODUCT AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING LAYERED PRODUCT
A method for manufacturing a layered product includes: a first arranging step of continuously arranging first sheet materials in a transfer passage for performing transfer of a plurality of sheets along a transfer direction of the transfer passage; and a second arranging step of continuously arranging second sheet materials along the transfer direction above the first sheet materials arranged side by side in the transfer passage. In the second arranging step, the second sheet materials are arranged at downstream positions of the transfer passage with respect to arrangement positions of the first sheet materials. In the first arranging step and the second arranging step, an arrangement pitch of the first sheet materials or the second sheet materials in the transfer direction is adjustable by tilting the first sheet materials or the second sheet materials with respect to the transfer direction.
METHOD OF ALIGNING AND LAMINATING FOR PANELS AND ALIGNMENT MARK
A method of aligning and laminating for panels includes forming alignment marks on each of the panels via a photomask, aligning and laminating the first panel and the second panel to form a double layer panel and aligning and laminating the double layer panel and the third panel to form a triple layer panel. The shifting mark is asymmetric to the first corner mark, the second corner mark and the third corner mark. The first corner mark and the third corner mark of the first panel are aligned to the third corner mark and the first corner mark of the second panel, respectively, and the double layer panel is formed after laminating. The second corner mark and the shifting mark of the first panel are aligned to the second corner mark and the shifting mark of the third panel, respectively. The triple layer panel is formed after laminating.
