Methods are provided for laminating interior components in vehicles, the methods include the acts of: providing at least one laminating element; providing at least one laminant; providing at least one interior component; laminating the interior component with the laminating element and the laminant, the lamination of the interior component with the laminating element and the laminant being performed in a substantially continuous process.
Laminating apparatus and laminating method
A laminating apparatus for laminating an adhesive film on a bent or curved cover window includes a rotation shaft extending in a first direction, a first frame configured to support the cover window, and including a first plate and a second plate facing each other to define an angle therebetween, and a curved connection portion between the first plate and the second plate, and a roller portion above the first frame, extending in the first direction, and configured to move in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction, wherein the first frame is configured to rotate with respect to the rotation shaft according to movement of the roller portion to bond the adhesive film to the cover window.
Screen film applicator
A screen film applicator includes a seat, a positioning member, and a first mechanism, the latter two of which are disposed on the seat. The seat has a track and a positioning portion arranged beside the track. The positioning member is movable with respect to the positioning portion for clamping a communication device. The first mechanism includes a top fixing member disposed on the seat, a moving carriage movable along the track, a bottom fixing member synchronously movable with the moving carriage, and a roller movable with the moving carriage. The top and the bottom fixing members are configured to respectively fix a top releasing film and a bottom releasing film respectively adhered on two opposite sides of a soft screen film. When the moving carriage is moved away from the top fixing member, the roller can gradually press the soft screen film onto the communication device.
Chuck for supporting a wafer
According to an embodiment, a support module is provided for supporting a substrate. The support module may include a chuck and a vertical stage. The chuck may include multiple chuck segments that are independently movable. When the substrate is positioned on the chuck, different chuck segments are positioned under different areas of the substrate. The vertical stage may include multiple piezoelectric motors. Each piezoelectric motor may be configured to perform nanometric scale elevation and lowering movements. The multiple piezoelectric motors may be configured to independently move the multiple chuck segments.
