LAMINATION DEVICE
A lamination device that laminates a plurality of types of workpieces includes supply mechanisms that supply the workpiece to each of supply positions, a movement mechanism including a stator of a linear motor having a predetermined traveling track and a mover of a linear motor that is movable between a plurality of the supply positions along a traveling track, and a controller that controls at least the mover. The mover includes a holding unit that holds the workpiece supplied to the supply positions, and a lamination stage for lamination the workpiece. The controller corrects a relative position of the workpiece with respect to the lamination stage and controls the mover to laminate the workpiece whose relative position is corrected on the lamination stage while the holding unit holds the workpiece supplied to the supply positions and moves to and stops at a next one of the supply positions.
LAMINATION DEVICE
A lamination device that laminates a plurality of types of workpieces includes a plurality of supply mechanisms that supply a workpiece to each of a plurality of supply positions, a movement mechanism including a stator of a linear motor having a predetermined traveling track and a mover of a linear motor that is movable between a plurality of the supply positions along a traveling track, and a control unit that controls at least the mover. The mover includes a lamination stage for laminating the workpiece. The control unit corrects a relative position of the workpiece supplied to the supply positions with respect to the lamination stage, laminates the workpiece whose relative position is corrected on the lamination stage, and controls the mover so as to move to a next one of the supply positions after lamination of the workpiece.
STICKING DEVICE
A sticking device includes: a transfer roller that transfers a sticking film piece to a circumferential surface, and sticks the sticking film piece to a member to be stuck; a moving unit that moves the transfer roller; and a sticking film adjusting unit that adjusts a position and a posture of the sticking film piece on the circumferential surface of the transfer roller at a position away from both a transfer region A1 and a sticking region A2. The sticking film piece adjusting unit includes: a rotation angle adjusting unit that adjusts a sticking start position of the sticking film piece; a width direction adjusting unit that adjusts a position of the sticking film piece; and an inclination adjusting unit that adjusts an angle of the transfer roller.
PLANT AND METHOD FOR LAMINATING CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
A plant for laminating cardboard, and in particular corrugated cardboard, by an adhesive plastics film, is provided. The plant has a supply station configured to supply a succession of single rough cardboard sheets in a feeding direction, an application station arranged in the sheet feeding direction and having an application roller configured to unwrap and apply the adhesive plastics film to a rough cardboard sheet so that the adhesive plastics film adheres to each rough cardboard sheet of the succession of rough cardboard sheets to form a succession of coated cardboard sheets and to advance each coated cardboard sheet of the succession of coated cardboard sheets in the feeding direction. A method for laminating cardboard, and in particular corrugated cardboard, using an adhesive plastics film is also provided.
LAP SHEAR BONDING FIXTURE
A fixture for lap shear bonding a bottom panel to a top panel comprises a bottom tool, a first spacer, a second spacer, and a top tool. The bottom tool has a quadrilateral shape including a top surface, a bottom surface, and four side surfaces and is configured to retain the bottom panel on the top surface. The first spacer is attached to the top surface of the bottom tool adjacent to one edge. The second spacer is attached to the top surface of the bottom tool adjacent to an opposing edge. The top tool has a quadrilateral shape including a top surface, a bottom surface, and four side surfaces and is configured to retain the top panel on the bottom surface. The top tool is further configured to attach to the first spacer and the second spacer such that the top panel contacts the bottom panel.
LAMINATION DEVICE
A lamination device includes a first jig to which is fixed a window that includes a flat surface and at least one curved surface, a pressure pad disposed on a second jig that faces the first jig, where the pressure pad includes a first surface that corresponds the flat surface of the window and a second surface that corresponds the at least one curved surface of the window, and a pressure sensor array disposed on the pressure pad. The pressure sensor array includes a plurality of first electrodes that overlap the first surface and a plurality of second electrodes that overlap the second surface.
LAMINATING MACHINE
The present application relates to a laminating machine, including a first heating device, a first sheet material device, a second sheet material device, and a first combining device, the first combining device includes a heating mechanism and a rolling mechanism. A first sheet material, a first material strip, and a second sheet material are heated and pressed by the heating mechanism and the rolling mechanism, compared with a combination method of a PET film and an oven, it is not necessary to set arrange the PET film, cost of the PET film, arranging a PET film unwinding mechanism, and arranging a PET film winding mechanism is reduced, and occupied space is reduced, manufacturing cost is reduced, and there is no need to set up a longer oven, which improves combination efficiency and production efficiency, and further saves space and reduces device cost.
METHOD FOR MAKING A LAMINATED GLAZING PANEL
A method for making a laminated glazing panel is described. A bolt having a head portion and a stem portion extending therefrom is positioned in a hole in a sheet of glazing material so that a first surface of the head portion is faces in the direction of a first major surface of the sheet of glazing material and the stem portion extends beyond a second major surface of the sheet of glazing material. A sheet of adhesive interlayer material is positioned on the first major surface of the sheet of glazing material to cover the first surface of the head portion. Suitable lamination conditions are used to laminate the sheet of adhesive interlayer material to the sheet of glazing material. During lamination, fluid trapped between the first surface of the head portion and the sheet of adhesive interlayer material is removed via a fluid pathway associated with the stem portion. Laminated glazing panels made using the method are also described.
