METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PROTECTIVE SOUND PANEL FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a method: for producing a protective sound panel for a motor vehicle. The method involves producing a complex including a fibre-based porous back layer, an intermediate layer of shredded recycled material, and a porous front layer, placing the complex in a thermoforming mould to produce a three-dimensional shell, placing the shell in an RIM mould and injecting a foam precursor mixture in order to form a sealed acoustic insulation barrier the binder being incorporated into the front layer. The front layer having a mass per unit area of between 500 and 2000 g/m2, and at least one lightly compressed, high-absorption region with a thickness of between 4 and 10 mm, the minimum total percentage of the lightly compressed region being 40%.
Coated polyester film with a permanent antifog coating and transparency of at least 93 %
The present invention relates to a coated polyester film equipped on at least one side with permanent antifog coating. The film of the invention is suitable for the production of greenhouse blinds, and has specific transparency properties, permanent antifog properties and high UV resistance. The invention further relates to processes for the production of the polyester film of the invention, and also to use thereof.
THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND LAMINATED BODY
Provided is a thermoplastic resin film having at least one of film surfaces being excellent in printability, having sufficiently low internal haze, and exhibiting a favorable matte appearance. A thermoplastic resin film according to the present invention composed of a thermoplastic resin composition (C) including at least one kind of a thermoplastic resin (R) and fine particles (P) having a volume average particle diameter of 0.5 to 15 m and a refractive index different from that of the thermoplastic resin (R) by 0.02 or more.
At least one of film surfaces satisfies formulas (1) and (2).
G.sub.L60(1),
G.sub.L35G.sub.HG.sub.L10(2)
(In the formulas (1) and (2), G.sub.L is 60 gloss (%) at 20 C., G.sub.H is 60 gloss (%) when the thermoplastic resin film is heated at a temperature 10 C. higher than a glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic resin composition (C) for 30 minutes, then cooled to 20 C.)
CYLINDRICAL MOLDED ARTICLE AND BARRIER PLUG, BARRIER PLUG-ATTACHED CONTAINER, AND TUBE FOR STORING INK
It is an object to provide a cylindrical molded article that is also excellent in smell retention properties for smelling substances in addition to oxygen barrier properties and is also excellent in the fine appearance of a cut surface when cut, and a barrier plug, a barrier plug-attached container, and an tube for storing ink each using the same. A cylindrical molded article comprising a cylindrical resin layer comprising a resin having a melting point of 140 C. or more; and a vapor-deposited layer disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the resin layer, the vapor-deposited layer comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, and diamond-like carbon, and the cylindrical molded article having a total thickness of 100 m or more.
LAYERED PRODUCT COMPRISING SUPERABSORBENT POLYMER
A layered product including at least one natural fiber layer including a web of natural fibers and at least one SAP layer including a non-woven substrate including a thermoplastic polymer fibers and a superabsorbent polymer adhered to thermoplastic polymer fibers, wherein the non-woven substrate is a high loft fabric, for example an airlaid or spunlaid non-woven, and wherein the natural fiber layer and the SAP layer are connected to each other by needle punching, stitch bonding or using an adhesive. A process to prepare the layered product and the use of the layered product in for example horticulture.
TRANSPARENT HEAT-SHIELDING/HEAT-INSULATING MEMBER HAVING TRANSPARENT SCREEN FUNCTION
A transparent heat-shielding/heat-insulating member having a transparent screen function of the present invention includes: an infrared reflective layer and an optical adjustment protective layer in this order from a transparent base substrate side; and a light diffusing layer on a surface of the transparent base substrate that is opposite to the surface on which the infrared reflective layer is formed or between the transparent base substrate and the infrared reflective layer. The optical adjustment protective layer includes at least a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer in this order from the infrared reflective layer side. The transparent heat-shielding/heat-insulating member has a visible light reflectance of 12% or more and 30% or less, a haze value of 5% or more and 35% or less, a shading coefficient of 0.69 or less, and a normal emissivity of 0.22 or less.
POLYIMIDE LAMINATED FILM AND METHOD OF PREPARING POLYIMIDE LAMINATED FILM
A polyimide laminated film includes a porous polyimide layer that has a porosity of from 30% to 90% and pores having a spherical shape and a non-porous polyimide layer that has a porosity of 5% or less.
CLEANSING ARTICLE HAVING PRINTED TEXTURE
The present invention relates to cleansing articles comprising first and second members forming the first and second outer surface of the article respectively, where the coefficient of friction and/or permeability of the members are different. In certain embodiments the first member comprises a plurality of polymeric protuberances and the second member comprises a plurality of hollow projections.
Header for packaging a roll of paper
There is provided a header for packaging a roll of paper having two opposite roll ends and an outer roll surface extending between the roll ends, the outer roll surface being wrapped with a wrapping paper. The header comprises a cellulosic fiber based substrate having two surfaces and a film coated to at least a portion of one of the substrate surfaces. The film is coated to the substrate surface by extrusion of a coating comprising a mLLDPE resin. The film coated surface is heat sealable to an outside surface of an interior header affixed to one of the roll ends, thereby forming a protective cap at the roll end. The header generates less volatile compounds and/or carbon monoxide compared to a header coated with a standard LDPE, on heat sealing conditions.
