FILM, MOLDED PRODUCT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FILM
A film with a gas barrier resin having a glass transition temperature of 70 C. or below and an elastomer, and having an oxygen permeability coefficient of 200 mL/(m.sup.2.Math.day.Math.atm) or less. In a case where tension is applied to stretch the film in a machine direction (MD) at 20 C. such that a twofold increase in length of the film is kept for 30 seconds, and then the tension is released, a ratio L.sub.2/L.sub.1 is 1.5 or less, where L.sub.1 denotes the length of the film prior to application of the tension and L.sub.2 denotes the length of the film subsequent to release of the tension. An elongation ratio at break E.sub.TD/E.sub.MD of the film is preferably 0.9 or more and 1.7 or less, there E.sub.MD denotes the elongation at break in MD and E.sub.TD denotes the elongation at break in the transverse direction (TD).
Mold Release Film and Method for Producing Laminate
Provided is a mold release film capable of transferring a concave-convex structure to the surface of an adhesive film.
Manufacturing of decorative panels by inkjet
A method for manufacturing polymeric decorative panels includes, in order, the steps of a) inkjet printing an image on a first thermoplastic foil using an aqueous pigmented inkjet ink; b) applying a second thermoplastic foil on the inkjet printed image; c) heat pressing the first and second thermoplastic foils into a decorative laminate; and d) cutting the laminate into a decorative panel; wherein the aqueous pigmented inkjet ink contains polymeric resin particles and a self-dispersing colour pigment; and at least one of the first and second thermoplastic foils is a transparent foil.
High-performance thermal insulation products
The invention relates to an insulation product formed from at least two insulating layers containing aerogels, each of said layers comprising from 25 to 95 wt % of aerogel(s) and from 5 to 75 wt % of fibers, said insulating layers being joined together by means of an organic adhesive, advantageously aqueous, based on vinyl polymer(s). The invention also relates to a method for obtaining said product.
Super absorbing composite material, form factors created therefrom, and methods of production
Super absorbent material used for drying that integrates super absorbent non-woven fibrous mats with other material, as for example wicking material, are described. The fibrous mats consist of polymeric material embedded with particles of super absorbent polymer. The wicking material may be lightweight knitted fabric that actively absorbs and wicks liquid across the fabric surface. The materials are fabricated as single layer or multiple layers and demonstrate a variety of form factors suitable to the intended use. The super absorbent materials may incorporate additional functionalities, such as antifungal or antibacterial, for biomedical uses.
SOFT MATTE NON-SILICONE FILM
The present invention relates to a polymeric film, which may have but is not limited to Biaxially oriented polyester, polypropylene & polylactic acid that has a soft-touch matte coating applied via an in-line coating process. This film also has an increased coefficient of friction of this surface, with a total thickness from 5 to 80 ?m. The film of this invention has excellent suitability as external packaging bags with an excellent matte appearance and soft haptic feel which, when the bags are stacked A side to A side (A side being coated), are not subject to slippage between the same. At the same time, this film has also low friction with metal, so it is easy to handle the film in the film making process which contributes to the excellent productivity.
Affixation film for printed wiring board
An affixation film 101 for a printed wiring board includes a circuit pattern concealing layer 112, and an adhesive layer 111 put on top of the circuit pattern concealing layer 112. An opposite surface of the circuit pattern concealing layer 112 from the adhesive layer 111 has an Rku of 2.5-3.0.
Battery packaging material
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a film-like battery packaging material in which a coating layer, which can be cured in a short time and exhibits superior chemical resistance, is provided to a substrate layer surface. In the battery packaging material, which comprises a laminate body that includes at least a coating layer, a substrate layer, an adhesive layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer, in that order, the use of a resin composition containing a heat-curable resin and a curing accelerator as the coating layer enables the formation of a coating layer that can be cured in a short time and contributes to electrolyte liquid, etc., resistance.
Biaxially Oriented Matt Polyester Film with Increased Coefficient of Friction
The present invention relates to an at least two-layer biaxially oriented polyester film with at least one matt surface and with an increased coefficient of friction of this surface, with a total thickness from 8 to 75 m. The film of the invention has excellent suitability as an external ply of animal-feed bags with matt appearance which on stacking are not subject to slippage between the same.
FOAM OF POLYURETHANE FOR USE IN COSMETIC APPLICATIONS
The use of a foam comprising polyurethane for cosmetic applications is provided. Process for applying a cosmetic component to a skin via the foam and a process for cleaning a part of a skin via the foam are provided too. An applicator as well as an envelope and a layered structure comprising the foam are shown.
