To achieve a member including a resin base material, which is excellent in anti-reflection performance and is formed without using a vacuum process. The member includes: a resin base material having a surface with a fine uneven structure; and a porous layer made of a porous material containing particles formed on the resin base material so as to be positioned on the fine uneven structure side. The porous layer includes a filling portion defined by the porous material in an air gap of the fine uneven structure and a surface layer located on the fine uneven structure. A thickness of the surface layer is 150 nm or less. A height of the protruding portions or a depth of the recessed portions is 120 nm or less.

Optical laminate

An optical laminate or a reddening-resistant layer. The optical laminate that does not cause a reddening phenomenon even when driven or maintained under extremely harsh conditions (e.g., very high temperature conditions), or a reddening-resistant layer applied thereto.

Display device

A display device includes a display module including a first non-folding area, a folding area, and a second non-folding area, a support plate disposed below the display module, a foam coating layer including a base portion and a foaming agent included in the base portion, the foam coating layer being disposed directly on the support plate; and a barrier layer disposed between the display module and the foam coating layer and including an elastic material.

20250042127 · 2025-02-06 ·

An article is comprised of at least two longitudinal members and a transverse member, wherein the longitudinal members and transverse member are a continuous carbon fiber polymer (CCFP) composite interconnected by the transverse member, the transverse member being joined to each of the longitudinal members by a lap or mortise and tenon joint. The continuous carbon fiber may form complex shapes that may be capped to form articles such as airfoils, walls and floors. The continuous carbon fiber polymer composite may be a laminate of a monolithic pultruded CCFP composite and a polylithic pultruded CCFP composite.

Radio-wave anti-reflection sheet, tape and vehicle member

A radio-wave anti-reflection sheet has a substantially non-tacky first major surface and an opposing substantially tacky second major surface and includes a first polymeric foam layer disposed between the first and second major surfaces, and a second polymeric foam layer disposed between the second major surface and the first polymeric foam layer. The first polymeric foam has a thickness from 0.05 to 3.0 mm and a density from 0.20 to 0.90 g/cm3. The second polymeric foam layer has a thickness from 0.05 to 3.0 mm and a density greater than 0.10 g/cm3 and less than the density of the first polymeric foam layer. A tape includes the radio-wave anti-reflection sheet disposed on a release liner. A vehicle member includes a multilayer substrate and the radio-wave anti-reflection sheet disposed on the multilayer substrate.

Method to manufacture a bevel on a building panel and such building panel

A method to manufacture a bevel at least partly along at least one edge of a building panel, such as a floor panel or wall panel, where the building panel includes a substrate having an inorganic filler of an amount of 50-85 wt % and a polymer-based material. The method including heating at least an edge portion of an edge of the building panel, along which edge the bevel is to be formed, and forming the bevel in the edge portion by applying pressure to the portion, where the bevel is at least partly formed in the substrate.

Abradable material and design for jet engine applications

A method for preparing an abradable panel for a rub strip of a fan case of a gas turbine engine includes forming an abradable material into a plurality of panels each comprising an abradable structure; curing the abradable material in the plurality of panels; and installing the plurality of panels into the fan case. The panels can be cured and assembled into a fully assembled rubstrip, and then the assembled rubstrip can be installed into the fan case.
