Roll-up thermal barrier
A thermal barrier configured to be rolled and unrolled while providing a thermal value of greater than about R=3. The thermal barrier comprises multiple layers including a first layer comprising a fiber mesh core and material selected from the group comprising: polyurethane, rubber, and polyvinylchloride, a second layer bonded to the first layer, the second layer comprising material selected from the group comprising: polyolefin foam, polyurethane foam and rubber based foam, and a third layer bonded to the second layer, the third layer comprising a thin film or fabric material selected from the group comprising: polyester, polyolefin, polyurethane and nylon, wherein the composite material maintains a consistent linear dimension within about 1% of total length in a coiled configuration compared with a linear configuration.
DISPLAY MODULE AND MOBILE TERMINAL
A display module and a mobile terminal are provided. The display module includes a display area and a non-display area located on a side of the display area. The non-display area includes: a support portion, a flexible display panel located on the support portion and including a bent portion, a flexible cover plate layer located on the flexible display panel, and a first flexible filling portion located between the bent portion and the flexible cover plate layer.
SKIN MATERIAL, INTERIOR MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INTERIOR MATERIAL
For the purpose of providing a skin material that is easily bonded to a base material, an interior material including the skin material, and a method for manufacturing the interior material, a skin material includes a base cloth layer and a design layer. The base cloth layer includes a surface fabric and a back fabric, and a binding yarn that binds the surface fabric and the back fabric. The binding yarn is erected between the surface fabric and the back fabric to form a void inside the base cloth layer. An embossed pattern is formed in a concave shape on the skin material from the design layer side. A thin portion is formed in a band shape in a peripheral edge portion of the skin material. The skin material is bonded to the base material to obtain an interior material.
Edge attached film-foam sheet
The present disclosure generally relates to devices and methods for furniture protection. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to foam-film sheets configured to protect furniture from damage. An exemplary foam-film sheet as disclosed herein includes a sheet of foam material having a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge; a sheet of film material having a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge; a first seal between a portion of the foam material proximate its first lateral edge and a portion of the film material proximate its first lateral edge; and a second seal between a portion of the foam material proximate its second lateral edge and a portion of the film material proximate its second lateral edge, wherein the film and foam are substantially unsealed along the entire transverse width between the first and second sealed portions near the lateral edges of the foam material.
WATERPROOF AND WEAR-RESISTANT COMPOSITE FLOOR AND PRODUCTION METHOD
A production method for a waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor, comprising: first manufacturing a PVC composite layer preform (3); then performing a corona treatment and a punching treatment on a soft cushion layer (2); and finally, compounding, at one time, the PVC composite layer preform (3), the soft cushion layer (2) and a waterproof substrate layer (1) into one. Said process is simple and easy to implement, shortening the production cycle, reducing the manpower and material resources required by the production process and reducing the production cost; moreover, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor produced has a simple structure, and also has very good waterproof and wear-resistant performance; in addition, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor will not swell, and will also not split into layers or deform easily.
