POLYETHYLENE-BASED THERMALLY-SHRINKABLE MULTILAYER FILM FOR PACKAGING, AND PACKAGE AND PACKAGING METHOD THEREFOR

A polyethylene-based thermally-shrinkable film for pack-in box packaging, in which: a product is not damaged due to breakage or looseness of a film during packaging and transportation of the product; because of the low-temperature shrink characteristic, the product is not exposed to excessively high heat during shrink wrapping and power consumption in a shrink tunnel can be reduced; and because of a small thickness of the film, garbage and other wastes can be reduced. The film is a polyethylene-based thermally-shrinkable multilayer film for pack-in box packaging obtained by biaxial orientation in MD and TD and stretching in MD only further after biaxial orientation. Preferably, the film is a polyethylene-based thermally-shrinkable multilayer film for pack-in box packaging in which the film as a whole has a thickness of 25 μm or less.

THERMOPLASTIC PREPREG INTERMEDIATE MATERIAL FOR FUEL CELL SEPARATION PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THERMOPLASTIC PREPREG FOR FUEL CELL SEPARATION PLATE BY USING SAME

An intermediate material of a thermoplastic prepreg for a fuel cell separation plate comprises a hydrophobic thermoplastic resin film and a fiber base. The hydrophobic thermoplastic resin film has a degree of crystallization of 1 to 20%, a thickness of 3 to 50 μm, and (iii) a content of an electroconductive material of 1 to 20 wt. %. The film is laminated on at least one surface of the fiber base. The thermoplastic prepreg for a fuel cell separation plate is manufactured by pressurizing the thermoplastic prepreg intermediate material at a temperature higher than the melting point of the hydrophobic thermoplastic resin film. A fuel cell separation membrane manufactured using the thermoplastic prepreg intermediate material and thermoplastic prepreg is thin and light-weight, and have a good durability.

An incombustible decorative sheet having incombustibility includes a weather-resistant resin layer and a fluorine resin layer laminated on a substrate layer in this order, wherein the weather-resistant resin layer is made of a mixture of an acrylic resin and an acrylic resin-based rubber having a ratio by mass between the acrylic resin-based rubber and the acrylic resin within a range of 30:70 to 60:40. The ratio between the fluorine resin layer and the weather-resistant resin layer is within a range of 10:90 to 40:60.

PRINTED WIRING BOARD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A printed wiring board includes a laminated base material including a surface conductor layer, a conductor layer, an interlayer insulating layer interposed between the surface conductor layer and the conductor layer, and an internal bonding layer interposed between the interlayer insulating layer and the surface conductor layer and/or conductor layer, and a solder resist layer laminated on a surface of the laminated base material such that the solder resist layer is covering the surface conductor layer. The internal bonding layer has a surface in contact with the interlayer insulating layer such that the surface of the internal bonding layer has arithmetic average roughness Ra in a range of 100 nm or more and 300 nm or less, and the surface conductor layer has a surface on a solder resist layer side such that the surface of the surface conductor layer has arithmetic average roughness Ra of less than 100 nm.

Pre-slit donut break seal

A break seal is provided which comprises a foam sheet and a film layer. The foam sheet comprises a center hole. The film layer is partially scored through the thickness.

Polarizing plate and method of producing polarizing plate

A method of producing a polarizing plate according to an embodiment includes: applying an application liquid containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin and a surfactant onto a resin substrate to produce a laminate in which a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer is formed on the resin substrate; stretching and dyeing the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer formed on the resin substrate to produce a polarizing film; laminating an optical functional film on a polarizing film side of the laminate to produce an optical functional film laminate; and peeling the resin substrate from the optical functional film laminate. A content of the surfactant in the application liquid is less than 1 part by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin.

The transparent substrate has a refractive index n0, the first layer has a refractive index n1, the second layer has a refractive index n2, and the third layer has a refractive index n3, and n0, n1, n2, and n3 satisfy the relationship n3<n1<n0<n2.

BASELESS DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE SHEET OR TAPE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
20170291395 · 2017-10-12 ·

To provide a baseless double-sided adhesive sheet or tape that is configured such that adhesive does not exude during storage, or moreover during slitting to a predetermined size, or the like, and that is also capable for exhibiting the desired performance of having a cohesive force that resists peeling, without sacrificing the initial adhesive strength, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.

In the baseless double-sided adhesive sheet or tape, an adhesive layer formed from an adhesive serves as a center layer, and adhesive layers and formed from an adhesive are layered onto a front face and a rear face of the adhesive layer serving as the center layer. Fibers are least dispersed in the adhesive layer serving as the center layer, and the adhesive layer serving as the center layer between the adjacent adhesive layers has a relatively high fiber density and relatively low flowability.

Silicone-Containing Roof Assemblies and Methods for Production and Use
20170291384 · 2017-10-12 · ·

An underlayment material has a fiber mat partially infused and/or coated with asphalt and coated with silicone coating. A selvedge edge, may be coated or uncoated. The back of the underlayment has a self-adhesive coating, which is protected before use by a siliconized release film. The upper surface of the underlayment is coated with silicone composition providing waterproofing and radiation control.
