SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE MANUFACTURING METHOD, CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR TEMPORARY FIXATION MATERIAL, FILM FOR TEMPORARY FIXATION MATERIAL, AND LAMINATED FILM FOR TEMPORARY FIXATION MATERIAL
Disclosed is a semiconductor device manufacturing method, including a preparation step of preparing a laminated body in which a supporting member, a temporary fixation material layer that generates heat upon absorbing light, and a semiconductor member are laminated in this order, and a separation step of irradiating the temporary fixation material layer in the laminated body with incoherent light and thereby separating the semiconductor member from the supporting member.
Intermediate transfer member
An intermediate transfer member (ITM) for use with a printing system, the ITM having (a) a support layer; and (b) a release layer having an ink reception surface and a second surface opposing the ink reception surface, the second surface attached to the support layer, the release layer formed of an addition-cured, hydrophobic silicone material, wherein the release surface of the release layer has relatively hydrophilic properties with respect to the addition-cured, hydrophobic silicone material.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MULTI-LAYER SUBSTRATE
The present invention relates to a method for producing a multi-layer substrate, said substrate comprising a multifunctional coating, and to the use of the substrate produced by this method.
INFRARED HEAT ASSISTED DRYING OF THIN FILMS
A method of applying a paint film to a substrate may include wetting a surface of the substrate or an adhesive layer of a paint film to form a fluid layer thereon. The paint film may further comprise a polymer film layer. The method may further include applying the paint film to the substrate such that the fluid layer is positioned between the adhesive layer and the surface. The applied paint film may be heated with infrared heat to facilitate the removal of the fluid layer and adhere the adhesive layer to the surface. Systems and devices for applying a paint film to a substrate are also disclosed.
LAMINATED BODY AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
This laminated body comprises an organic resin substrate, and single layer of an active energy ray-curable resin layer (i) and an inorganic deposition layer (ii) that are sequentially laminated on the organic resin substrate, wherein a power spectrum obtained by performing Fourier transformation on the wavenumber of a reflected wave spectrum obtained by reflectivity spectroscopy at the layer (i) and plotting the amplitude thereof with respect to the length dimension has, at L.sub.1 and L.sub.2 that are equal to or greater than a length dimension threshold L.sub.0, a first local maximum value S.sub.1 and a second local maximum value S.sub.2, respectively, and when L.sub.0 is defined as an arbitrary value within a range of 1-310.sup.6 m, in a defined range of the power spectrum excluding the range of L.sub.0 or less, the first local maximum value S.sub.1 has a signal-to-noise ratio SI/N of at least 5 with respect to noise N, and the second local maximum value S.sub.2 has a signal-to-noise ratio S.sub.2/N of at least 2 with respect to noise N. The laminated body exhibits, despite the fact that said laminated body has a single intermediate layer composed of an active energy ray-curable film between the organic resin substrate and the inorganic deposition layer, weather fastness and adhesiveness comparable to or better than those of a laminated body having a plurality of thermoset films as intermediate layers.
PANEL COATING
A method for coating of a floor panel and a floor panel produced by the method. A method for producing a laminated product, for example a building panel, preferably a floor panel. The method includes applying a paper on one side of a wood fiber based core, e.g., an HDF panel, creating a dcor on the paper by a digital printing process, applying a resin, preferably a melamine formaldehyde resin, on the paper, heating the dcor and the paper with the resin, preferably by using an IR lamp; and applying heat and pressure in order to cure the resin and thereby obtain a laminated product. Also, alternative methods for producing a laminated product, and such a laminated product.
POWDER BASED BALANCING LAYER
A method of manufacturing a building panel with a decorative surface layer, a core and a balancing and/or protective layer, wherein the method includes applying a first layer of a first powder based mix, including wood fibres and a thermosetting binder, on a core; applying a liquid substance on the first powder based mix; drying the first powder based mix; turning the core with the dried first powder based mix such that the first powder based mix points downwards; applying a second layer on the upper part of the core; and curing the first and second layers by providing heat and pressure, wherein the first layer forms the balancing and/or protective layer and the second layer forms the decorative surface layer in the building panel.
Floor panel
A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.
FLOOR PANEL
A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.
Panel coating
A method for coating of a floor panel and a floor panel produced by the method. A method for producing a laminated product, for example a building panel, preferably a floor panel. The method includes applying a paper on one side of a wood fiber based core, e.g., an HDF panel, creating a d?cor on the paper by a digital printing process, applying a resin, preferably a melamine formaldehyde resin, on the paper, heating the d?cor and the paper with the resin, preferably by using an IR lamp; and applying heat and pressure in order to cure the resin and thereby obtain a laminated product.
