Method for manufacturing laminate, method for manufacturing sealed substrate laminate, sealed substrate laminate, and sealed substrate

A laminate manufactured by forming a step difference in a substrate by grinding a periphery edge portion to have such a size that a surface on the inner side of the step difference can be housed in a cavity of a die, and then laminating the substrate, an adhesive layer, a release layer, and a support plate in this order such that the surface on the inner side of the step difference of the substrate faces the support plate.

Method of Manufacturing Anti-Theft Labels

A system and method for manufacturing a strip or label used to place a substantially invisible identifying mark is disclosed. A strip is treated by removing at least one area of a liner element, a film layer and an adhesive layer. Each one of the removed areas is substantially congruent with the other removed areas. A laser or other ablating device is used to remove the areas through vaporization. The strip element is peeled away from the liner element, exposing the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is thereafter pressed against a substantially flat metal surface. The laminate top coat and the film layer are removed from the object, leaving the adhesive layer in place. The adhesive material is impregnated with a UV sensitive material, but is otherwise invisible.

Jig assembly, laminating apparatus, and laminating method using the laminating apparatus

Provided are laminating apparatus and method. A laminating apparatus includes a jig assembly, which includes the first jig and an elastic member, and a second jig. A laminating method includes placing a first plate on a jig assembly, placing a second plate on a second jig which is placed to face the first jig, bringing the second plate into contact with the adhesive layer by making the jig assembly and the second jig approach each other, and, attaching the first plate and the second plate to each other by making the jig assembly and the second jig approach closer to each other. The jig assembly includes a first jig and an elastic member which comprises a top portion and sloping portions sloping downward from the top portion. An adhesive layer is disposed between the first plate and the second plate.

Laminate film manufacturing method

A laminate film manufacturing method is capable of preventing thickness unevenness of a cured layer and preventing wrinkling of the entire laminate film. A laminate film is manufactured by applying a coating solution including an active radiation curable resin to a surface of a first film that is continuously transported in an application part to form a coated film in a lamination part, laminating a second film that is continuously transported on the coated film to sandwich the coated film between the first film and the second film, and in a state in which the coated film is sandwiched between the first film and the second film, winding the first film around a backup roller and irradiating the coated film with infrared rays from an ultraviolet irradiation device while continuously transporting the first film to cure the coated film in a curing part so as to form a cured layer.

RESIN FILM, LAMINATED FILM, OPTICAL MEMBER, DISPLAY MEMBER, FRONT PLATE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATED FILM

Disclosed is a laminated film including a resin film containing a polyimide-based polymer; and a functional layer provided on at least one principal face side of the resin film. Also disclosed is a resin film containing a polyimide-based polymer and a silicon material containing silicon atoms, in which Si/N that is the atomic ratio between silicon atoms and nitrogen atoms is 8 or greater in at least one principal face.

Method for improving tear resistance of stretching film
20170313024 · 2017-11-02 ·

A method for improving tear resistance of stretch films in which two stretch films are bonded together with an adhesive by hot rolling or UV curing such that their primary stretch directions cross each other. Composite films resulting from the invention possess significantly improved slit tear strength and tear resistance over biaxially stretched films with the same thicknesses. The invention can be widely used to improve tear resistance of stretch films fabricated from various existing materials and processes. In addition, it allows simple operations and is readily applicable to mass production.

WORKPIECE BONDING METHOD

Provided is a workpiece bonding method that makes it possible to achieve a joining state with a high strength and to obtain a good repeatability of the joining state.

A workpiece bonding method according to the present invention is a workpiece bonding method for bonding two workpieces to each other, each of the two workpieces being composed of a material selected from the group consisting of synthetic resin, glass, silicon wafer, crystal and sapphire, the workpiece bonding method including: a surface activation step of activating a bonded surface of at least one of the workpieces; and a laminating step of laminating the two workpieces such that respective bonded surfaces contact with each other, and a pretreatment step of removing moisture from the bonded surface of the workpiece that is to be subjected to the surface activation step is performed before the surface activation step is performed.
