Health monitoring cat litter
Technology is disclosed for a cat litter that can be used to diagnose feline medical conditions. A cat litter contains an additive, e.g., a chemical agent, such as a natural and/or synthetic agent, that changes in color when it comes in contact with cat urine or feces. Based on the color it can be determined whether the cat has a medical condition, such as particular illness. For example, if the litter turns yellow when it comes in contact with the urine, it can indicate that the cat is healthy. If the litter turns to a color other than yellow, e.g., green, it can indicate that the cat has some illness. The cat then be taken to a veterinary doctor for further diagnosis. The chemical agent aids in detection and diagnosis through interaction of materials that change colors to indicate reactions with specific chemicals, cells, molecules, DNA and/or materials. The technology can be implemented for medical diagnosis and detectionfor humans and/or animals.
ANIMAL WASTE DISPOSAL MAT
An animal waste disposal mat, including a main body, a plurality of side flaps each connected to different parts of the main body at first edges, respectively, and a drawstring to connect tip portions of each of the plurality of side flaps together, such that a pulling of the drawstring causes the tip portions of the plurality of side flaps to move toward a direction toward a center point of the main body.
Pet waste collection device with articulated rectangular frame
A pet waste collection system has a main housing with a recessed wall area adapted for nesting of a collapsible frame, and at least one orifice on said back wall for movement of a portion of a sliding pole. At the far end of the sliding pole is a collapsible frame for a holding a waste receptacle, which is formed of at least two unconnected frame sections, wherein these unconnected frame sections have a first, collapsed position and a second, extended, open position. One frame section of said at least two unconnected frame sections is a leading linear frame section for positioning closest to the rear of a pet to create a wide linear edge area for efficient pet waste collection. Another embodiment pet waste collection system has a fixed handle, a main housing and a separate telescopic pole which moves the connected frame to and from the main housing.
Collection device for debris and animal waste
A collection device for debris and animal waste is an apparatus that optimizes airflow to effectively and safely collect debris, preferably pet waste. The apparatus includes a canister, at least one handle assembly, an airflow inlet nozzle, a portable power source, and a fan assembly. The canister houses collected debris and the fan assembly. The at least one handle assembly, the airflow inlet nozzle, and the portable power source are mounted with the canister. The at least one handle assembly allows a user to easily maneuver the canister and the airflow inlet nozzle. The fan assembly suctions debris into a debris chamber of the canister through the airflow inlet nozzle. The portable power source provides the necessary power for the fan assembly to operate. The apparatus further includes an air-permeable collection bag that is housed within the debris chamber to facilitate the removal of collected pet waste within the canister.
ANIMAL EXCRETION COLLECTING DEVICE
A collection device that is particularly suited for resiliently supporting a bag for the upright collection of excrement from an animal, such as a dog, by a user for subsequent disposal is presented. The device includes an elongated portion that extends between a first end and a second end. The first end includes a portion to facilitate holding the device, such as a handle. The handle is the terminal portion of the first end of the elongated portion formed as a loop and fastened to itself with a fastener. The elongated portion is configured to allow the user to remain standing for collection of the animal excrement as the animal is in the excreting position. A ring is attached to the second end of the elongated portion. The ring is configured to removably attach a bag thereto.
Refuse bag with harness
A refuse bag container incorporates a harness and strap having a magnetic lid. At least one (1) portion of the bag is configured to removal retain a plurality of animal waste storage bags. At least one (1) portion of the bag is configured to retain an air deodorizing agent. The bag may have a walking light disposed adjacent the top lid. The bottom of the bag may have a plurality of holes disposed therein to increase air circulation.
MULTI-PURPOSE PET MAINTENANCE DEVICE
A pet maintenance device for use by a user with a pet animal can be selectively moved to multiple positions for use for multiple purposes or applications. The pet maintenance device includes a device body that is selectively movable among a closed position, a partially open position, and a fully open position. The device body includes an outer body member and a foldable flap member that is connected to the outer body member. When the device body is in the closed position, the device body is substantially flat. When the device body is in the partially open position, the device body is configured to allow the user to grasp the foldable flap member to pick up pet waste. When the device body is in the fully open position, the device body is configured to be substantially bowl-shaped to be usable as a bowl for holding a consumable.
Animal feces removal device
Embodiments of the disclosure enable a user to remove animal feces in a sanitary manner. An animal feces removal device includes a claw housing defining a distal opening, a claw assembly including a plurality of fingers movable between a closed configuration and an open configuration, a shaft assembly including a projection member movable between a retracted configuration and an extended configuration, and a bag assembly including a frame member and one or more bags removably coupled to the frame member. The projection member is coupled to the claw assembly such that the fingers move as the projection member is moved. A first bag is positionable adjacent to the distal opening such that, when the fingers move from the retracted position toward the extended position, the first bag is uncoupled from the frame member for use in picking up animal feces.
RETRACTABLE LEASH WITH INTEGRATED POOPER SCOOPER AND BAG MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A retractable leash with integrated pooper scooper and bag management system, which provides a leash retractor, pooper scooper and bag dispenser that can be used to pickup bio-waste while walking domesticated pets, and method therefor. Components of the invention are the leash body shells, leash line, leash line hold button, pooper scooper scoops, scoop lever, scoop lever lock button, bag roll and bag clips, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: the pooper scooper is connected to the bottom of the leash body shells, the scoop lever is located at the top of leash body with a lock button, the leash line is controlled by the leash line hold button located at the top of the invention, bag roll is located within the leash body shells and dispensed from either side of the invention. Bag clips are connected on both sides of invention to secure bag ends. The invention is used to leash and control pet distance from the pet owner during walks. In addition, the invention allows the owner to pick up and secure pet bio-waste, without the pet owner physically feeling the waste with their hands, at any time before, during or after the walk. Furthermore, the invention includes a reloadable bag dispenser system with door to install and secure bag roll within the device body.
