SCREEN PRINTING APPARATUS
A screen-printing apparatus for repeatedly marking an indicium at regularly spaced intervals or predefined discrete intervals on a surface or medium. The screen-printing apparatus includes a wheel mounted to a housing. A screen frame can be mounted to a housing that can interchangeably receive a screen having void(s) of a shape that corresponds to the indicia to be printed. The screen-printing apparatus also has an ink supplying unit that sprays ink over the top surface of the screen. A solenoid operably coupled to the ink supplying unit for triggering the ink supplying unit. The solenoid and the wheel are operably coupled to a control unit, the control unit can receive readings from the wheel about the distance covered by the wheel on the surface and based on the readings can trigger the solenoid at predefined intervals.
Reinforced tensioning frame
A tensioning frame for tensioning a printing screen comprises struts to reinforce the constituent beams. These may be provided either on a supplementary brace plate or integrally formed with the beam. A shaft may be used to retain engagement bodies within pockets formed in the beam.

Screen provision system
A screen provision system, for a printing device with a screen receptacle for a printing screen-and a squeegee device associated with the screen receptacle, has a conveying device for conveying a printing screen and at least one screen magazine with multiple screen storage portions that can each receive a printing screen. The screen provision system has at least one treatment station for treating the printing screens. The conveying device supplies printing screens to the screen magazine and to the at least one treatment station.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PRINT HEAD FOR A STENCIL PRINTER
A stencil printer includes a frame, a stencil coupled to the frame, and a support assembly coupled to the frame, with the support assembly including tooling configured to support the electronic substrate in a print position beneath the stencil. The stencil printer further includes a print head assembly coupled to the frame in such a manner that the print head assembly is configured to traverse the stencil during print strokes. The print head assembly includes a squeegee blade assembly and at least one paste cartridge to deposit solder paste on the stencil. The stencil printer further includes an end effector configured to pick up and release items from a tooling tray. The stencil printer further includes a movable cart configured to interface with the stencil printer to deliver changeover and/or replacement items within a stencil printer.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
A high-speed, closed-loop fabric printer apparatus is provided, comprising a plurality of consecutive stations that can be managed by a single operator. In particular, shirts or other fabric garments may be individually loaded and secured on a pallet by an operator, and the loaded pallets may then cycle through a plurality of unmanned stations positioned along a contiguous path (e.g., oval). The pallet may be configured to expose a main print area and a neck tag area, to allow for both areas to be printed. The pallet may include a neck tag print plate that may elevate the neck tag area to be at the same level as the main print area. In some embodiments, a top coat printing station may apply a top coat to the main print area and/or neck tag area.

SOLDER PASTE BEAD RECOVERY SYSTEM AND METHOD
A stencil printer is configured to print an assembly material on an electronic substrate. The stencil printer includes a frame, a stencil coupled to the frame, a support assembly coupled to the frame, and a print head gantry coupled to the frame. The print head gantry includes an elongate beam that rides along rails provided on the frame and a print head assembly supported by the print head gantry in such a manner that the print head assembly is configured to traverse the stencil during print strokes. The print head assembly includes a print head having a squeegee blade assembly configured to roll solder paste along the stencil. The stencil printer further includes a solder paste bead recovery system configured to remove a bead of solder paste from a top surface of the stencil and to deposit the bead of solder paste onto a new replacement stencil.
Direct to mesh screen stencil creation
A direct to mesh (DtM) screen printer for creating a screen stencil is provided. The DtM screen printer includes a frame to hold a pre-stretched mesh in place during application of a jettable emulsion, a fixture to hold the frame, a platen to hold a release fluid against one side of the pre-stretched mesh, a fluid dispenser for dispensing the release fluid onto the platen or mesh, and a printer carriage supporting a print head for printing the jettable emulsion on a side of the pre-stretched mesh opposite the platen. A process is also provided, the process being for using the DtM screen printer to prepare the screen stencil for screen printing.
