Screen Printing Device and Method for Screen Printing

A screen printing device is provided having a printing screen, a printing squeegee and a support for printing material to be printed. At least one articulated arm robot is provided to move the printing squeegee and/or the support in relation to the printing screen.

PRINTING MACHINE

The present disclosure discloses a printing machine. The printing machine includes a carrying platform for carrying a to-be-printed board, a frame above the carrying platform, a roller-shaped screen printing plate with printing graphic meshes, and an ink supply device within the roller-shaped screen printing plate. The roller-shaped screen printing plate is mounted to the frame in a manner that the roller-shaped screen printing plate is capable of rotating relative to the carrying platform.

A direct to mesh (DtM) screen printer for creating a screen stencil is provided. The DtM screen printer includes a fixture to hold a frame, which holds a pre-stretched mesh in place during application of a jettable emulsion, a platen having a cavity and an array of holes in a top surface of the platen and is located against one side of the pre-stretched mesh, and a printer carriage supporting a print head for printing the jettable emulsion on a side of the pre-stretched mesh opposite the platen.

Printing screen

A printing screen includes a screen-shaped fabric layer with fabric threads being angled relative to one another to form a carrier layer. An imaged stencil layer is connected to the fabric layer and provided with passages. A respective passage forms a continuous channel and has an opening that is smaller on a printing material side of the printing screen than on a squeegee side of the printing screen. Such a printing screen has sufficient stability and advantageously allows the finest lines and dots to be printed. A method for imaging such a printing screen is also provided.
