FILM CARTRIDGE, FILM UNIT, AND LAYER TRANSFER DEVICE
Provided are a film cartridge, a film unit, and a layer transfer device capable of restraining a supported layer including a transfer layer from being touched by an operator and restraining the supported layer remaining on the supporting layer remaining on a supporting layer from coming off. A film cartridge includes a supply reel on which a multilayer film including a supported layer with a transfer layer included therein and a supporting layer is wound, and a take-up reel on which to take up the multilayer film. The multilayer film is wound on a supply shaft in such a manner that the supported layer is in contact with the supply shaft, and the multilayer film is wound on the take-up shaft in such a manner that the supported layer is in contact with the take-up shaft.
Active card cooling in a card processing machine
Methods and systems of actively cooling a card while the card is within a card processing machine are described. One or more cooling stations are provided within the card processing machine to actively cool the card prior to performing a processing operation, during a processing operation, and/or after a processing operation on the card in order to reduce a temperature of the surface of the card.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING EMBOSSED-IN-REGISTER FLOORING MATERIAL AND FLOORING MATERIAL MANUFACTURED USING THE METHOD
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an embossed-in-register flooring material and a flooring material manufactured using the method. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an embossed-in-register flooring material including a step of manufacturing an embossed-in-register PVC transparent film and a step of laminating the embossed-in-register PVC transparent film on the upper surface of a bottom layer and a flooring material manufactured using the method. The method of the present invention may achieve process simplification by including these steps.
Transfer method
A transfer method is provided and includes a disposing step of disposing a transfer sheet and a medium in an inside of a sealed space formed by using a pressure welding sheet having flexibility in at least one part; a pressure welding step of suctioning the inside of the sealed space by a negative pressure and pressure welding the pressure welding sheet and the medium by the negative pressure to closely attach the transfer sheet and the medium; an irradiating step of softening an adhesive layer of the transfer sheet by irradiation of a light ray in a state in which the transfer sheet is closely attached to the medium by the pressure welding sheet and adhering the adhesive layer to the medium by a pressure welding force from the pressure welding sheet; and a peeling step of peeling off the transfer sheet from the medium after the irradiating step.
WARP TRANSFERRING MACHINE
A warp transferring machine includes a color transferring unit, a colored paper unit and a yarn arranging unit. The color transferring unit includes a heating roller, a driving shaft, a separable shaft, a supporting shaft that are rotatable about their respective axes and a pressing belt that is looped therearound to circulate continuously. The colored paper unit and the yarn arranging unit respectively guide a colored paper and a yarn toward the heating roller such that the pressing belt presses thereagainst so as to transfer colors of the colored paper onto the yarn.
Roller assembly for heat transfer printing system or hot stamp foil application system
A roller assembly for a heat transfer printing system or hot foil transfer system is provided. The roller assembly includes a cylindrical roller core that extends around a center axis. The roller core includes an exterior surface and an opposite interior surface. The exterior surface is positioned to face a target object being printed upon. The roller assembly also includes a pliable tube in contact with the exterior surface and positioned to contact a thermal print ribbon disposed between the tube and the target object while the roller core is rotated to apply pressure on the ribbon and print onto the target object from the ribbon. The tube is not bonded to the roller core.
Hybrid transfer machine
A hybrid transfer machine includes: a body including a first drum installation part, a second drum installation part, a first body, a second body, and a worktable; a first drive means configured to allow wound fabric to be unwound; a thermal transfer unit configured to be installed in the second body, and to press and heat the fabric and transfer paper; a piece-type roller arm configured to be installed in the second body, and to guide the transfer paper to the third drum installation part; a second drive means configured to allow the transfer paper to be wound; a third drive means configured to allow the fabric to be wound; and a conveyer configured to be installed in the body, and to transfer the fabric and the transfer paper to the third and fourth drum installation parts.
FOIL TRANSFER APPARATUS
A foil transfer apparatus includes a support base on which a transfer object can be placed, a transfer tool including a pressing body to press the transfer object and a thermal transfer foil, to apply light to the thermal transfer foil, and to be movable in a transfer region having a rectangular or substantially rectangular shape in plan view, a pressing body moving mechanism to move the transfer tool relative to the support base, a detection jig detachably attachable to the support base, to overlap the transfer region in plan view when attached to the support base, and to be used to detect whether the pressing body is present or not, and a controller to control the transfer tool and the pressing body moving mechanism.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COLD-STAMPING ONTO THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECTS
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for cold-stamping onto a three-dimensional object. In a first step, an adhesive is applied to the object at a first workstation. In a second step, a transfer film is pressed onto the object by a pressing device at a second workstation. At the same time, the adhesive is cured at the second workstation. As a result, the decorative material of the transfer film adheres to the object at the positions on the object which are provided with adhesive. If, following this, the transfer film is removed from the three-dimensional object after being pressed on, the decorative material remains on the object at the desired positions. At the positions at which in the first step no adhesive has been applied to the object, the decorative material does not adhere to the object but rather remains on the carrier film of the transfer film.
