Guided bale wrapper
Systems and methods for controlling a path of a bale wrapping machine are disclosed. The systems and methods encompass automatically controlling a path traveled by a bale wrapping machine along a selected route as wrapped bales are deposited on the ground. The bale wrapping machine may use geospatial positioning information to control a steering system of the bale wrapping machine in order to track the selected route.
BALER SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF OPERATING THE BALER SYSTEM
A combination of a tractor and a baler includes a tractor control unit and a baler control unit. A driving speed of the tractor can be set and/or adjusted with the tractor control unit. The baler includes a bale sensor in order to sense the size of a bale in a baling chamber. The baler control unit is connected to the bale sensor and to the tractor control unit to send a stop signal to the tractor control unit when the bale signal of the bale sensor indicates that a bale has reached a size which is greater than or equal to a first predetermined size. The tractor control unit controls the tractor to initiate a braking operation for stopping the tractor and to adapt a driving rotational speed of the drive shaft of the baler when the tractor control unit receives the stop signal from the baler control unit.
METHOD OF OPERATING A BALER SYSTEM
A method for operating a baler system including a combination of a tractor and a baler implement includes generating an adaptation signal with an input and output unit and sending the adaptation signal to a tractor control unit. The tractor control unit adapts a driving rotational speed of the drive shaft of the baler implement when the tractor control unit receives the adaptation signal.
Agricultural Baler
A loading apparatus for a round baler for loading a roll of binding material on the round baler is disclosed comprising a binding material support displaceable about a first end between a storage position and a transfer position, in which when in the storage position a first end of the binding material support is raised relative to a second end of the binding material support and when in the transfer position the first end of the binding material support is lowered relative to the second end of the binding material support.
Agricultural baler with a two part tail gate arrangement and a discharge sequence method
An agricultural round baler includes a frame, and a tail gate arrangement carried by the frame and arranged in an arcuate arrangement around a bale chamber. The baler is characterized in that the tail gate arrangement include an upper tail gate arrangement and a lower tail gate arrangement. The upper tail gate arrangement has a first pivot axis located at an upper, forward portion thereof. The lower tail gate arrangement has a second pivot axis located at an approximate center of the bale chamber when viewed in cross section.
Shredding and baling apparatus and method
A shredding and baling apparatus provided includes a shredding assembly operatively connected to a baling assembly via a conveyor. A rotatable drum with cutting teeth spirally arranged along the drum is preferably centered within a lower portion of an intake hopper for cutting through material as it is fed into the hopper. Fixed cutting teeth are preferably arranged in a row or rows along each of the longitudinal sidewalls of the hopper, adjacent the cutting drum. A touch screen display and computer may be used in combination with sensors to monitor and control the shredding and baling operation, and a hydraulic system is used to drive the components. The shredding and baling assembly is preferably designed in an industrial size to handle high volumes of material and may be driven or transported from one location to another.
Apparatus for inline and individual bale wrapping of hay bales
A bale wrapping apparatus for both inline and individual bale wrapping is described herein. The bale wrapping apparatus includes a bale wrapping mechanism configured to carry a plastic film around a bale when the bale is positioned in a bale wrapping space of the bale wrapping mechanism. The bale wrapping mechanism includes at least one movable tine that is configured to extend into the bale wrapping space to support the bale in the bale wrapping space when the bale wrapping apparatus is configured for inline bale wrapping and is movable out of the bale wrapping space when the bale wrapping apparatus is configured for individual bale wrapping. The bale wrapping apparatus also includes two powered rollers for supporting and rotating the bale in the bale wrapping space during individual bale wrapping. The two powered rollers are movable to configure the bale wrapping apparatus for inline bale wrapping.
Needle coupling and frame assembly for agricultural machine
An agricultural harvesting machine includes a binding mechanism to secure binding material around a crop package and a delivery device to wrap binding material around a portion of the crop package and provide binding material to the binding mechanism. The delivery device includes a yoke, a needle coupling connected to the yoke, and a needle connected to the needle coupling.
Needle frame assembly and needle coupling for agricultural machine
An agricultural harvesting machine includes a binding mechanism to secure binding material around a crop package and a delivery device to wrap binding material around a portion of the crop package and provide binding material to the binding mechanism. The delivery device includes a needle connected to a needle frame. The needle frame includes a yoke extending between a first arm and a second arm.
Needle frame yoke and arm assembly for agricultural machine
An agricultural harvesting machine includes a binding mechanism to secure binding material around a crop package and a delivery device to wrap binding material around a portion of the crop package and provide binding material to the binding mechanism. The delivery device includes a needle connected to a needle frame. The needle frame includes a yoke connected a first arm.
