Liquid discharging apparatus and head unit
A liquid discharging apparatus has: a head unit that discharges a liquid; and a control unit that controls the operation of the head unit. The head unit has: a driving circuit board that includes a driving signal output circuit that outputs a driving signal, and also includes a substrate on which the driving signal output circuit is mounted; a discharge head that includes a driving element driven by the driving signal, a switching circuit that selectively supplies the driving signal to the driving element, and a nozzle plate in which a nozzle is formed, the nozzle discharging the liquid by being driven by the driving element; a first flow path member through which the liquid to be discharged from the nozzle passes; and a first heat dissipating member coupled to the driving circuit board. The first heat dissipating member is coupled to the first flow path member.
Inkjet circulation apparatus
An inkjet circulation apparatus may include at least one inkjet printer including a supplier into which an ink is injected, a discharger connected to the supplier, and discharging the ink injected from the supplier, and a drain connected to the discharger and the supplier, and injecting the ink in the discharger into the supplier, at least one collector capable of containing an inert gas and the ink discharged from the discharger, and a contact member sealing between the discharger and the collector.
PRINTING APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An object of the present invention is to bring a print head into a liquid ejectable state while reducing waste ink. The present invention is a printing apparatus including: a tank in which liquid is stored; a print head that comprises an ejection port surface on which an ejection port is formed, the ejection port ejecting the liquid which is supplied from the tank; a cap mechanism that caps the ejection port surface of the print head; a timer that counts a time during which the ejection port surface is capped; and a circulation unit configured to circulate the liquid in a circulation path including the tank and the print head, and in a case where the timer counts a predetermined time, the circulation unit circulates the liquid.
INKJET PRINTING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME
An inkjet printing apparatus includes a surface acoustic wave module including an inner passage and a surface acoustic wave generator around the inner passage; and an outflow passage connected to the surface acoustic wave module to discharge ink, where the outflow passage includes a first outflow passage connected to the inner passage to discharge first ink particles and a second outflow passage connected to the inner passage to discharge second ink particles having an average diameter smaller than that of the first ink particles, and the surface acoustic wave generator is closer to the second outflow passage than the first outflow passage.
Fluid ejection device
A fluid ejection device includes a fluid slot, at least one fluid ejection chamber communicated with the fluid slot, a drop ejecting element within the at least one fluid ejection chamber, a fluid circulation channel communicated with the fluid slot and the at least one fluid ejection chamber, and a fluid circulating element communicated with the fluid circulation channel. The fluid circulating element is to provide on-demand circulation of fluid from the fluid slot through the fluid circulation channel and the at least one fluid ejection chamber.
Pigment dispersal in an ink jet printer
In a continuous ink jet printer for use with pigmented ink, the entrance to the ink path (81), (35) from the interior of the ink tank (27) to the ink pump (31) is made up of a plurality of small inlet openings, which may be provided by nozzles 85 formed in a shroud 83 that fits around an ink filter (33) in the ink tank (27). The openings are provided at the bottom of the ink tank (27), close to the floor, and face parallel to the floor or at least partially towards it. If the ink pump (31) is driven in reverse, any ink in the ink path is driven at speed out through the inlet openings into the interior of the ink tank (27), followed by air. This tends to disperse pigment that may have settled to the bottom on the ink tank (27).
DISPERSING CONCENTRATED PRINTING FLUIDS
It is disclosed a printing fluid dispersing method for a printing system, the method comprising: transferring printing fluid from a supply to an element within the printing system by a pump wherein, between the supply and the element, a nozzle is provided comprising a plurality holes so that the transferring of printing fluid comprises forcing the printing fluid through the plurality of holes of the nozzle
WASTE DISPOSAL FOR 3D PRINTING
Additive manufacturing or 3D printing produces considerable quantities of waste ink or resin during the course of additive manufacture. The waste ink is a hazardous substance and must be collected and disposed of accordingly. The present embodiments provide a waste ink collection device that collects the waste ink from the printing process, or from head cleaning and other incidental operations, stores the waste and cures it. The waste ink is thus rendered safe for conventional disposal. A waste ink disposal cartridge collects the waste ink and carries out curing.
