Ink jet delivery system comprising an improved perfume mixture

Ink jet delivery systems comprising a fluid composition comprising a perfume mixture having a boiling point of less than 250 C. and an ink jet to deliver the fluid composition into the air, whereby scent longevity, perfume character, room fill, and/or functional benefits (e.g. odor elimination) are provided.

Thermal transfer printer and printing method using same

Irregularities in the density that can occur in printed images of a thermal transfer printer due to mechanical variations or variations in thermal characteristics in the thermal head are more easily and accurately corrected as compared to cases not having the features of the disclosed invention. The thermal transfer printer includes a thermal head including heating elements and causing the heating elements to generate heat and transfer ink onto a sheet to print an image on the sheet, a storage unit for storing a first correspondence between a heating element in the thermal head and a correction amount of energy applied to the heating element and a second correspondence between a density of an image to be printed and an adjustment coefficient of the correction amount, and a control unit for correcting energy applied to each heating element by an amount obtained by multiplying the correction amount for the heating element obtained from the first correspondence by the adjustment coefficient obtained from the second correspondence according to a density of an image to be newly printed. The first correspondence is generated from a density distribution of a test image printed based on image data of a single tone.

The disclosure discloses a printer including a memory storing computer-executable instructions that cause the printer to further perform a first determination process and a second determination process. In the first determination process, it is determined whether or not a preceding line location reaches an inter-page position between two adjacent pages of a print-receiving medium. In the second determination process, it is determined whether or not the either one state of the first and second energization state is switched to another state of the first state and the second energization state. In the case that it is determined that the either one state is switched to said another state, the print parameters being calculated in the parameter calculation process.

A method for controlling a thermal printhead of a printer. The printhead comprises an array of printing elements. The method may comprise performing a plurality of printing operations, each printing operation comprising energization of one or more printing elements. A respective energization value is determined for each printing element based upon energizations of that printing element during said printing operations. A printhead control signal is generated for the printhead for a subsequent printing operation based upon the energization values of a predetermined subset of the printing elements.

POWER RECEPTION DEVICE AND CHARGING CONTROL PROGRAM
20180097383 · 2018-04-05 ·

According to one embodiment, there is provided a power reception device including: a power reception coil, a power reception unit, a notification unit, and a control unit. The power reception coil receives power from a power supply device in a non-contact manner. The power reception unit causes the received power as a charging current to flow to a load. The notification unit notifies that a relative position of the power reception device to the power supply device is inappropriate. The control unit starts charging by the charging current which is set to a first current value and controls the charging current so as to gradually increase the charging current. If the charging is stopped before the charging current reaches a second current value larger than the first current value, notification is performed that the relative position of the power reception device to the power supply device is inappropriate.
