Food product printer
A printer and corresponding method of printing an image on a surface of a plurality of food products by providing a system having a printer with an extendable and retractable receiving arm and a rotating food product delivery tray for continuously and automatically providing delivery of unprinted food products which are retracted into the printer, printed on, and returned by the receiving arm to the rotatable delivery tray and the tray further moves to deliver subsequent food products for printing.
Ink maintenance system for a printer
An ink maintenance system for a printer comprising a first tray having a base and a plurality of side walls, the first tray having a first length and an open top along the length and a second tray having a base and a plurality of side walls, the second tray having a second length and an open top along its length. The system also includes a fan and a filter. To use the system, a print head is positioned in a standby or cleaning position within the printer and ink is ejected from one or more print nozzles into an ink maintenance system within the printer such that the ejected ink is collected in at least one of a catch tray or a filter of the ink maintenance system. The system is then removable from the printer for cleaning.
Delivery tray mounting system for food product printer
A printer and corresponding method of printing an image on a surface of a plurality of food products by providing a system having a printer with an extendable and retractable receiving arm and a movable food product delivery tray for continuously and automatically providing delivery of unprinted food products which are retracted into the printer, printed on, and returned by the receiving arm to the rotatable delivery tray and the tray further moves to deliver subsequent food products for printing. A motorized base spaced apart from the printer supports the delivery tray during and printing processes.
Device and method for recording information in a data carrier
A device for recording information in a data carrier, comprising a data carrier receptacle for partially receiving the data carrier in a planar manner; a data carrier cover arranged relative to the data carrier receptacle, which is designed for holding the data carrier between the data carrier receptacle and the data carrier cover; a laser source for the controlled emission of a laser beam designed to effect irreversible changes of the data carrier with the laser beam; and a mount that receives the data carrier receptacle to be pivotable about a pivot axis. The data carrier receptacle has two or more positions, that allow the data carrier receptacle to be received in the mount in such a way that the data carrier receptacle can be repositioned about the pivot axis in a pivotable manner.
Printing device, spacer, and adjustment method
Disclosed is a printing device including: a print head; a finger holder that includes a nail rest on which a nail is placed, and a spring which biases the nail rest in a direction of pushing up the nail rest to locate a printing target surface of the nail placed on the nail rest at a printing position by the print head; and a spacer that presses down the nail rest against a biasing force of the spring.
A System, a Vertical Axis Mechanism and a Production Method
A system includes a tray (44), a printing assembly (22), an axis mechanism (10), a coupling mechanism (88) and a cover (54). Tray (44) configured for placing thereon a sample (70) including a first flowable-matter substrate (FMS) (69). Printing assembly (22) configured to print an image of edible substance on a second FMS layer (68) formed on first FMS (69). Axis mechanism (10) configured to control a distance (41) between sample (70) and printing assembly (22) by moving tray (44) with sample (70) along a vertical axis. Coupling mechanism (88) configured to couple between axis mechanism (10) and tray (44). Cover (54) configured to cover axis mechanism (10). Cover (54) has a front surface (77) that faces sample (70), and configured to block a spillage of at least one of the first and second FMSs (69, 68) from wetting the axis mechanism (88).
PRINTING DEVICE
When each of can bodies 10 moves, the can body 10 is not located at a stop point 40, and ultraviolet light from a light source 13 is going to proceed toward a printing part 120 as indicated by an arrow 3A. On this occasion, a shielding part 51 becomes located at a position facing the light source 13, and thereby, the ultraviolet light is shielded to be less likely to reach the printing part 120.
Sublimation printing production line and automated sublimation printing method for cylindrical workpieces
A sublimation printing production line for a workpiece having a cylindrical outer surface includes a sublimation paper loading station, workpiece wrapping station, a baking station, and a sublimation paper dismantling stations. The sublimation paper loading station has a workpiece conveyor belt and a sublimation paper conveyor belt that operate synchronously and in parallel. The sublimation paper is positioned on to an elastic fastening jacket, which is then tightly wrapped around the workpiece with the ends buckled together to secure the sublimation paper to the workpiece and making the sublimation image clearer, more colorful, and ensuring the quality of the sublimation.
Printer
A printer includes head that performs printing by ejecting ink at a position of ejection of the ink in a print coordinate system, camera that captures an image of an area where the ink is ejected and outputs the image in an image coordinate system, camera capturing an image of calibration pattern printed by ejecting the ink at a calibration ejection position and outputting the image including calibration pattern, the calibration ejection position being a position at which calibration pattern is printed by ejecting the ink, and calculator that calculates the amount of displacement between the position of calibration pattern in the image coordinate system and the calibration ejection position in the print coordinate system.
Nail printer
A nail printer is a nail printer for printing on a nail of a finger. The nail printer includes a housing and a printer component. The housing includes a front face and a back face. The housing has an opening on the front face for inserting the finger in a specific direction and a pair of slanted wall portions that are disposed on both sides of the opening. The slanted wall portions are inclined downward with respect to the specific direction from the front face to the back face. The printer component is disposed inside the housing. The printer component performs printing on the nail of the finger disposed inside the housing through the opening.
