HAY ANALYSIS SYSTEM ASSOCIATED WITH A BALER
An analysing device for reaped and harvested plants in a heap or swath (C), comprising: a containment shell (2), provided with a tapered conformation from a rear portion (22) towards a front portion (21) that faces an advancement direction (A) with respect to a swath (C); an analysis window (4), fashioned through a wall of the shell (2); one or more analysing sensors (5), placed inside the shell (2) in a position such as to face towards the analysis window (4), for sensing the environment outside the shell (2) through the window (4) itself.
Package of filter tow bale packed with packing material in a non-hermetic state and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention provides a package of a filter tow bale made of cellulose acetate packed with a packing material in a non-hermetic state, which can be stacked in multistage and in which tows in the same bale can be uniformly maintained. The package of the filter tow bale made of cellulose acetate is packed with the packing material in the non-hermetic state, in which the filter tow bale is tightened with the packing material in the package, the filter tow bale has a cubic shape or a rectangular parallelepiped shape with 800 to 1,400 mm in length, 800 to 1,150 mm in width, and 800 to 1,100 mm in height, and a packing initial pressure between a top surface of the filter tow bale and the packing material is 6.3 kPa or less.
BALER AND METHOD OF BALING
A baler is provided, including a baling chamber that includes a bale-forming channel including at least one adjustable friction control element; a plunger mounted within the channel; a rotary drive mechanism to drive reciprocating movement of the plunger; a control system to control operation of the baler and being configured to determine an actual maximum torque value (MTV) associated with the mechanism, to compare the actual MTV with a selected desired MTV, and to adjust the control element to regulate the actual MTV according to the selected desired MTV; a sensor that senses a force value; and a sensor that senses a cyclical position of a component of the mechanism, the control system being further configured to determine the actual MTV by measuring the force value, sensing the cyclical position of the component, and deriving the actual MTV from the measured force value and the sensed cyclical position.
BALER WITH MULTIPLE PLUNGERS
A square baler comprising a gear box configured to receive power from a rotating power source. The baler additionally comprises first and second drive shaft sections extending outwardly from generally opposite sides of the gear box. The gear box is configured to rotate said first and second drive shaft sections using power from the rotating power source. The baler further comprises first and second reciprocating plungers respectively coupled to the first and second drive shaft sections in a manner such that rotation of the first drive shaft section causes reciprocation of the first plunger and rotation of the second drive shaft section causes reciprocation of the second plunger.
HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A high capacity square baler comprising a pickup mechanism configured to pick up a single windrow of crop material off the ground. The baler additionally comprises one or more stuffer chutes each configured to receive at least a portion of the crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The baler additionally comprises one or more stuffer assemblies each configured to push crop generally upward through one of the stuffer chutes. The baler further comprises a plurality of separate bale-forming chambers each configured to receive crop material from one or more of the stuffer chutes and to form a bale of crop material therein.
SINGULATING SYSTEM FOR HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A square baler comprising a first bale-forming area in which are formed a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale-forming area in which are formed a second series of second individual bales. The square baler additionally comprises a singulator configured to receive the first and second individual bales from the first and second bale-forming areas and to form a single row of the first and second individual bales.
HIGH CAPACITY BALER WITH MULTIPLE KNOTTERS
A high capacity square baler comprising a pickup mechanism configured to pick up a single windrow of crop material off the ground. The baler additionally comprising one or more stuffer chutes each configured to receive at least a portion of the crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The baler additionally comprising one or more stuffer assemblies each configured to push crop material generally upward through one or more of the stuffer chutes. The baler additionally comprising a plurality of bale-forming chambers each configured to receive crop material from one or more of the stuffer chutes. The baler further comprising a plurality of knotter assemblies each associated with one of the bales forming chambers and each configured to wrap and tie securement lines around each formed bale. The knotter assemblies are configured to operate independently of one another, such that formed bales can be tied at different times.
BUNDLING SYSTEM FOR HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A baling system comprising a first bale-forming area configured to form a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale forming-area configured to from a second series of second individual bales. The baling system further comprises a bale bundler configured to receive the first and second individual bales from the first and second bale forming-forming areas and to tie a group of at least six bales together to form a bale bundle.
DISPLAY FOR HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A baling system comprising a high capacity baler, and an electronic display configured to display baling information to an operator of the baling high capacity baler. The baler additionally comprises a first bale-forming area in which a first series of first individual bales can be formed, and a second bale-forming area in which a second series of second individual bales can be formed. The baler further comprises one or more first sensors configured to sense one or more parameters related to at least one of the first bales, and one or more second sensors configured to sense one or more parameters related to at least one of the second bales. The electronic display is configured to simultaneously display data generated from at least one of the first sensors and at least one of the second sensors.
