Safety harness with adjustable separation mechanism
The present invention provides a safety harness for a user comprising a first panel arranged to be disposed against the user's chest. The harness further comprises two shoulder portions extending from the first panel and arranged to extend over the shoulders of the user. The harness further comprises a locating portion arranged to be disposed against the user's back. The harness further comprises an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the separation between the first panel and/or the shoulder portions and the locating portion in order to adjust the fit of the first panel and the two shoulder portions against the body of the user. The adjustment mechanism comprises at least one engagement feature. The harness further comprises a securement means located on said first panel. The securement means comprises at least one engagement feature for releasable engagement with the at least one engagement feature of the adjustment mechanism for maintaining the desired separation between the first panel and/or the shoulder portions and the locating portion.
Non-metallic animal travel leash and harness
A number of mechanisms are provided for aiding in animal handling through various security screening processes. An animal control implement makes it possible to undergo security screening while maintaining control of the animal while also not generating any security related false rejects.
Releasable chest pad
A releasable chest pad including a padding portion designed to form a single structural unit with an outer chest strap part and threaded through chest strap parts on the two sides thereof that fit into loop adjuster frames of the dog chest harness. A lining padding portion coming into contact with the body of the dog, is fixed only to the outer chest strap part by a bearing portion fixing zone for the adjustability of the threaded through chest strap parts. The lining padding portion can be folded up to the bearing portion fixing zone, then after adjusting the length of the threaded through chest strap parts and closing them on the outer chest strap part. The cut ends of the threaded through chest strap parts are covered by the lining padding portion and the bearing strip portion, preventing the cut ends from irritating the chest or neck of the dog.
Versatile canine harness pack
A versatile canine harness pack includes a carrier configured to receive one of several usage-related inserts. The carrier has a midsection adapted to cover the back of the animal, and two side portions adapted to cover the shoulders of the animal. The side portions have forward curved edges that extend forwardly beyond the forward, concave edge of the midsection, enabling the side portions to rest over the shoulders of the animal for enhanced conformity with the animal's anatomy. The carrier has a back edge with a zipper facilitating access to the interior of the compartment. One or more flexible insert panels are configured to be received in the compartment. Each insert may further feature loops and/or hook-and-loop fasteners to hold articles for a particular purpose. Inserts may be configured to hold articles on both sides. In the preferred embodiment, the interior of the compartment and the inserts are generally heart-shaped.
PET MONITORING DEVICE
A pet monitoring device (101) for monitoring a sub-dermal RFID microchip (103), the pet monitoring device comprising: a wearable item (1) bearing 1 to 5 turns of electrical conductor (7) wound circumferentially to form a wearable item resonator; and an RFID reader (9) attachable and detachable to said wearable item, wherein said RFID reader comprises: a driving circuit (1100) comprising a primary inductance (Lp) inductively coupled to said wearable item when said RFID reader is attached to said wearable item; a secondary inductance (Ls) and resonance capacitor (Cs) conductively coupled to said wearable item when said RFID reader is attached to said wearable item, wherein the secondary inductance and resonance capacitor form the wearable item resonator with said electrical conductor, wherein the wearable item resonator comprises a circuit (1004) to automatically adjust said resonance capacitor to compensate for a size of said wearable item when fitted to said pet; wherein the driving circuit is operable to drive the wearable
Animal Harness
An animal harness is flexible and includes a dorsal portion and a ventral portion removably coupled together. A front and rear sections of the harness include engagement members coupling the dorsal and ventral portions thereby providing a front opening, leg openings and a rear opening. The harness includes a plurality of attachment members. The modular design of the animal harness allows accessories to be securely attached or removed to and from the attachment members, which reduces manufacturing costs, as each accessory does not require its own method of securely attaching to the animal. The animal harness also allows modules to be added or replaced individually, reducing the cost of ownership, and also allows future accessories to integrate into the existing harness without having to replace the entire harness.
Control Clip Device
An adjustable control clip cinches to secure webbing; is useful in constructing pet control devices in various configurations with one continuous length of webbing. The clip is also used in securing luggage straps or tie downs, in adjustable bag straps, or in any other device requiring the use of an adjustable strap or webbing secured or guided by a clip.
Pet Controlling Leash Extension
A pet controlling leash extension for safely controlling a dog includes an extension bar, a harness ring, a leash ring, and a handle. The extension bar has a harness end and a leash end. The harness ring is coupled to the harness end and is configured to selectively engage with a harness. The leash ring is coupled to the leash end and is configured to receive a leash. The handle has a handle clip. The handle clip is selectively engageable with the leash ring.
Canine emergency rescue harness
A canine emergency rescue harness having at least a pair of straps and mating strap holes or loops. The harness may be constructed from a unitary piece of lightweight and strong material. The harness having a pair of front leg holes and a pair of rear leg holes for accommodating a dog's limbs. The harness being designed to balance a dog on a human's back for transport. The harness may be used in a hands-free manner with the use of secondary straps connected to the primary carrying straps using connectors, such as loops, triglides, and the like.
Elastic dog harness
An elastic dog harness has a vertical back strap crossing the axis line and a belly strap surrounding the chest of the dog vertically on the side opposite the back strap, a chest strap part holding a moving frame on both sides of the axis line extending between the back strap and the moving frame, surrounding a portion of the moving frame, a chest strap part crossing the chest bone threaded through the moving frame on the side opposite the held portion, the chest strap part crossing the chest bone and the chest strap parts holding the moving frame together form a chest strap surrounding the neck and/or chest of a dog, where the chest strap part holding the moving frame has at least one elastic element on both sides of the axis line, stretching at least partially, the maximum stretching of which is determined by a stretching limiting element.
