BUNDLING SYSTEM FOR HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A baling system comprising a first bale-forming area configured to form a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale forming-area configured to from a second series of second individual bales. The baling system further comprises a bale bundler configured to receive the first and second individual bales from the first and second bale forming-forming areas and to tie a group of at least six bales together to form a bale bundle.
DISPLAY FOR HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A baling system comprising a high capacity baler, and an electronic display configured to display baling information to an operator of the baling high capacity baler. The baler additionally comprises a first bale-forming area in which a first series of first individual bales can be formed, and a second bale-forming area in which a second series of second individual bales can be formed. The baler further comprises one or more first sensors configured to sense one or more parameters related to at least one of the first bales, and one or more second sensors configured to sense one or more parameters related to at least one of the second bales. The electronic display is configured to simultaneously display data generated from at least one of the first sensors and at least one of the second sensors.
ACCUMULATING SYSTEM FOR HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A baling system comprising a first bale-forming area configured to form a first series of first individual bales, and a second bale forming-area configured to from a second series of second individual bales. The baling system additionally comprises a bale accumulator configured to receive the first and second individual bales from said first and second bale-forming areas and to manipulate the first and second individual bales into a group of four or more bales.
ROTOR FOR A HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A square baler comprising square baler comprising a pickup mechanism configured to pick up crop material from a single windrow on the ground, and a rotor configured to receive crop material picked up by the pickup mechanism. The rotor comprises a first toothed section, a second toothed section, and an interior auger flighted section located between the first toothed section and the section toothed section, wherein said rotor is configured to separate crop material into two streams of crop material.
Baling Apparatus and Method
Baling apparatus and method including a baling chamber having one or more splitting knives for dividing crop material picked up from a field to discharge divided bales simultaneously from the baling chamber to be received by an ejection chute structure which ejects the divided bales in spaced relation to each other as the baling apparatus is moved along the field. The spaced relation can be longitudinal by ejecting the divided bales at staggered time and/or can be laterally spaced by turning the bales in the ejection chute structure.
Apparatus and method for forming and ejecting a bale depending on a ramp sensor
A bale forming device forms a bale in a bale forming chamber surrounded by a casing. A discharge gate actuator moves a discharge gate from a closed position into an opened position. The formed bale is ejected out of the casing and drops onto a ramp. A ramp sensor detects the bale dropping onto the ramp and triggers the discharge gate actuator to stop opening the discharge gate.
Agricultural baler including baler gate control system
The disclosure provides a control system for agricultural equipment. The agricultural equipment includes a baler configured to produce a crop package. The control system includes a crop package barrier coupled to the baler and movable between a closed position and an open position. The control system also includes a crop package transfer system configured to move the crop package. The control system further includes a barrier control system configured to restrict movement of the crop package barrier as the crop package barrier is moving toward the open position from the closed position in response to at least one signal indicating the crop package is in an unpreferred location.
Strategic bale placement device
An agricultural baler comprising a baler mechanism. The agricultural baler comprises at least one structural member and a first ground engaging support is pivotally coupled to the structural member about a pivotal axis. A second ground engaging support is rotationally coupled to the structural member about an aft rotational axis. The baler mechanism is pivotally connected to the structural member at a baler connection. The baler connection is located at least one of between the aft rotational axis and the pivotal axis and at the pivotal axis. A bale carriage is coupled to the structural member.
The spaced relation can be longitudinal by ejecting the divided bales at staggered times and/or can be laterally spaced by turning the bales in the ejection chute structure.
BALE HANDLING SYSTEM FOR HIGH CAPACITY BALER
A bale singulator for a baling machine. The baling machine comprises a landing section configured to receive (i) a first series of first individual bales from a first baling chamber, and (ii) a second series of second individual bales from a second baling chamber. The baling machine further comprises an exit section configured to receive the first and second individual bales from the landing section and to form a single row of the first and second individual bales. The exit section includes a stop assembly comprising a first stop element configured to selectively restrict movement of the first individual bales. The stop assembly is configured such when the second individual bales are passing through said exit section, the first stop element is restricting movement of the first individual bales.
