Arrangement of twine tensioners for an agricultural baler
An agricultural baler including a chassis, an axle system, a main bale chamber carried by the chassis, and a tying assembly configured for tying a twine around a bale within the main bale chamber. The tying assembly includes a plurality of knotters supported by the chassis, a needle yoke having a plurality of needles coupled thereto, an upper tensioner device, and a lower tensioner device located underneath the upper tensioner device. The axle system includes a first axle, and the lower tensioner device is attached to the first axle and correspondingly moves with the first axle.

High Density Double Small Square Baler
A multi-part square baler produces multi-part bales that each include two smaller single bales. The baler includes a double knotter configured to tie first and second four string knots that connect the ends of a multi-bale top-string and a multi-bale cincture string encompassing the two small single bales. The double knotter is also configured to tie a two-string knot on the strings encompassing the first small bale and another two-string knot on the strings encompassing the second small bale. The strings encompassing each of the small single bales are also tied into a respective one of the two four-string knots.

Needle gripper for an agricultural baler
An agricultural baler includes a needle disposed within a baling chamber. The needle transfers a strap to a gripping device. A needle gripper is disposed on a distal end of the needle and configured to selectively secure the strap to the needle. The needle gripper includes a thumb gripper rotatably mounted to a wall of the needle gripper. The thumb gripper rotates between a first position configured to secure the strap against a surface of the needle and a second position configured to release the strap from the needle. The needle gripper includes a release arm coupled to the thumb gripper and configured to rotate the thumb gripper from the first position to the second position in response to rotation of the release arm about a release arm axis from a neutral position to a first release position.

Baler
A baler for agricultural crop has a pressing channel and a needle rocker pivotably arranged at the pressing channel about a rocker pivot axis arranged in a plane that is orthogonal to the longitudinal center axis of the pressing channel. A drive arrangement connected to the needle rocker pivots the needle rocker relative to the pressing channel. The needle rocker has tying needles that are moved through the pressing channel when the needle rocker is pivoted. The drive arrangement has a drive element, rotatably supported about a drive axis of rotation; a coupling device pivotably supported about a coupling pivot axis positioned stationarily relative to the pressing channel; and a drive lever with a first end eccentrically connected to the drive element and a second end connected to the coupling device. The coupling device is connected to the needle rocker spaced from the rocker pivot axis of the needle rocker.
WRAPPING DEVICE AND ROUND BALER
A wrapping device of a round baler includes means for feeding an enveloping material through a feed gap into a pressing chamber of the round baler. The wrapping device further includes a directing means configured to maintain the enveloping material in contact with at least one pressing means of the round baler. The at least one pressing means is located adjacently below the feed gap.
BALER AND METHOD OF BINDING A BALE
A baler including a binding system including a twine holder including a first rotary disk including a first clamping notch forming a first knot and a second clamping notch forming a second knot, the depth of the second notch being greater than that of the first notch, a retainer adjacent a periphery of the first rotary disk, a clamping plate cooperating with the retainer to hold the twines and a drive system rotating the first rotary disk to clamp twine located in at least one of the clamping notches against the retainer. The retainer applies a greater clamping force on the twines located in the first notch than those located in the second notch. When the twines are located in the second notch, the first rotary disk rotates the twines beyond an end of the clamping plate, thereby releasing the twines from the clamping plate and the retainer.
