Frequency band extension in an audio signal decoder
A method is provided for extending the frequency band of an audio signal during a decoding or improvement process. The method includes obtaining the decoded signal in a first frequency band, referred to as a low band. Tonal components and a surround signal are extracted from the signal from the low-band signal, and the tonal components and the surround signal are combined by adaptive mixing using energy-level control factors to obtain an audio signal, referred to as a combined signal. The low-band decoded signal before the extraction step or the combined signal after the combination step are extended over at least one second frequency band which is higher than the first frequency band. Also proved are a frequency-band extension device which implements the described method and a decoder including a device of this type.

HAND-OPERATED STAMP HAVING A TILTING ELEMENT
A hand-operated stamp (1) comprising a housing (2) in which a stamp unit (3) coupled to an actuating part (8) which can be displaced with respect to the housing (2) is mounted, wherein the actuating part (8) has a locking element (10, 10′) for limiting a displacement of the actuating part (8) with respect to the housing (2), wherein the locking element (10, 10′) is configured as a rocker element (10a) on a pivot shaft (14), wherein the actuating part (8) has a recess (22) for receiving the rocker element (10a), wherein the pivot shaft (14) is arranged in the recess (22), wherein the actuating part (8) has a supporting strut (23) in the recess (22), wherein the supporting strut (23) is arranged parallel to the pivot shaft (14).
TURNING DEVICE
Turning device for a self-inking stamp includes a housing and an actuating bracket. The housing has, on each of two opposite side walls, one control cam curved at least in sections for a turning shaft. The bracket is connected and displaceable relative to the housing. On each of two limbs arranged parallel to the housing side walls, the bracket has one turning shaft guide arranged transversely to a displacement direction of the bracket relative to the housing. The guide and the control cam overlap partially at least on a first side and in at least one position of the bracket relative to the housing and configure an opening which is continuous from an outer side, so that a turning shaft is introduceable in the longitudinal direction from the outside into the turning device. The guides have in each case one displaceably mounted sliding bush with a turning shaft bearing.

Stamp and associated stamp pad
The invention relates to a stamp comprising a telescoping upper and lower part as well as a printing plate holder pivotally disposed in the lower part to accommodate the stamp plate. A retaining device for a stamp pad is associated with the printing plate holder, and in a rest position the printing plate holder is positioned in the range 80° to 135°, preferably at approximately 90° with respect to a contact area. From this rest position the stamp can be displaced into an operating position to produce a stamped imprint via guide means, whereby the printing plate holder is turned about two guide pins, wherein one guide pin is respectively disposed on a side face of the printing plate holder, and the guide pins simultaneously engage in guide slots in the upper and lower part.

Stamp, an ink pad and a closure cap
In some embodiments, a stamp may include at least one stamping component and one stamping insert. The stamping component may be formed of a top part with a handle element and a bottom part with a cushion-receiving element. The stamping insert may be connected so as to move synchronously via a reversing mechanism having a slide track in the bottom part via an shaft or trunnion to the top part. In the resting position a text plate mounted on the stamping insert may abut against an ink pad soaked with ink in the cushion-receiving element. The stamping insert with the text plate can be shifted by the reversing mechanism into a stamping position. On the ink pad, a protective cover is located on that side on which a handle element is located on a support device of the ink pad. The system including an ink pad and a closure cap.
