Knotter system for a baler
A knotter system for a baler, including a needle; a tucker arm; a billhook; and a driver adapted to make the billhook perform at least a first full rotation during the first knot forming cycle and a second full rotation during the second knot forming cycle. The driver comprises a pinion and at least a first and second gear stretch provided along a circumference of a disc. The disc is provided with a recess downstream of at least one of the first gear stretch and the second gear stretch. An obstacle is arranged for engaging the pinion when moving in the recess. The recess and obstacle are configured to rotate the pinion over a determined angle and back to move the upper lip of the billhook away from the lower lip and back after at least one of the first full rotation and the second full rotation.
BALING PRESS WITH ROPE KNOTTER
A baling press having a rope tying system with a loop supply member for forming a loop of the second rope material across the bale pressing channel to the first side of the bale pressing channel and a loop of the first rope material at the first side. The loop supply member is suspended on the second side of said bale pressing channel and movable along a straight path between an extended position projecting across the bale pressing channel and a retracted position.
The loop supply member has a turn guide for forming and guiding the loops in the first and second rope materials and a spreader for, when the loop supply member is in the extended position, holding the rope materials guided so that portions in the knotting area are spaced from a free end portion of the loop supply member.
Improvements in Square Balers
A square baler including a baling chamber having a floor formed of spaced profiles, side walls and a top wall, and a density belt surrounding the baling chamber. The density belt is formed of a U-shaped frame having three beams welded to one another to define a floor beam for supporting the floor of the baling chamber and two upright beams for supporting the side walls of the baling chamber and a tensioning rod releasably secured to the upper ends of the two upright beams to prevent the upright beams from splaying apart.
Twine Knotter and Bale Press with a Twine Knotter
A twine knotter for a bale press for forming two sequential knots for holding together a tying agent surrounding a crop bale includes a knotter frame and a knotter hook supported rotatably in the knotter frame and provided for knotting together ends of the tying agent. A holding arrangement has a twine holding disk rotatably supported at the knotter frame and conveying temporarily two tying agent strands of the tying agent. A knotter disk that is rotatingly driven is provided with a first drive element driving the knotter hook and a second drive element driving the twine holding disk. A stripper lever is provided to strip off knots from the knotter hook. A knife blade is provided to cut through tying agent strands. The twine holding disk upon rotation is guided along the knife blade so that the tying agent strands are cut through upon passing the knife blade.

Knotter Hook for a Twine Knotter of a Bale Press
A knotter hook for a twine knotter has a stationary clamping wing and a pivotable clamping wing, Stationary clamping wing and pivotable clamping wing have an extension component in a same spatial direction. The pivotable clamping wing has a projection projecting toward the stationary clamping wing. The pivotable clamping wing is pivotable reversibly from a closed state into an open state. A free end of the pivotable clamping wing in the open state is spaced apart farther from the stationary clamping wing than in the closed state. The pivotable clamping wing is laterally displaced relative to the stationary clamping wing at least in sections so that the pivotable clamping wing is arranged adjacent to the stationary clamping wing and below the pivotable clamping wing a free space is formed. The free space extends in the closed state opposite to the spatial direction beyond the projection.

CLUTCH SYSTEM FOR TWIN BALER
A clutch system for use with an agricultural baler to create a single hay bale that is easily separable into two or more smaller, lighter bales that remain tied after separation is provided herein. The clutch system controls the center knotter of a three-tie baler to be activated every other time the other two knotters are activated to tie two 2′×2′ bales into a single 2′×4′ bale. The two 2′×2′ bales are individually tied so that if a user separates the 2′×′4 bale, the smaller bales remain intact.
SEWING SYSTEM TO SECURE WRAP MATERIAL FOR AGRICULTURAL BALING SYSTEM
A wrapping system of an agricultural baling system includes a wrap directing system configured to direct a wrapping material to cover an entire periphery of a bale of crop material, such that a first portion of the wrapping material overlaps a second portion of the wrapping material. The wrapping system further includes a fastening system configured to secure the first portion of the wrapping material to the second portion of the wrapping material and a sewing system configured to sew the first portion and the second portion to one another.
Square baler
A square baler has a press channel, a knotter arranged on the press channel, a blower and flow guide element, which is moveable between a first position, in which the flow guide element directs a blowing air stream of the blower onto the knotter, and at least one second position, in which the flow guide element directs the blowing air stream past the knotter.
