INKPAD HOLDER AND DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

An inkpad holder for arrangement in an insertion compartment of a self-inking stamp includes a one-piece body having a bottom and walls projecting therefrom which delimit a receiving space for receiving an inkpad. At least one wall of the inkpad holder has a retaining web protruding into the receiving space in order to retain the inkpad, the retaining web extending over the entire length of the wall.

There is disclosed a stamp pad unit (1), in particular for a self-inking stamp, which comprises two ink pads (2a, 2b) being arranged within a frame (3), abutting against opposing surfaces (4a, 4b) of a separating plate (5) and being separated thereby from each other, wherein the frame (3) consists of two separate frame parts (3a, 3b) which are connected with each other and within which the ink pads (2a, 2b) are accommodated, wherein at least one frame part (3a, 3b), preferably each of the frame parts (3a, 3b), comprises at least one inwardly directed retaining projection (6a, 6b) engaged with an ink pad (2a, 2b) for holding the ink pad (2a, 2b).

The bottom cover is mounted on a bottom of the retaining seat. The moving seat has a printing assembly and an ink-filling member. The printing assembly has a printing face and multiple ink-filling holes. The ink-filling member is mounted on the printing assembly and has multiple ink-filling tubes. Each one of the ink-filling tubes has a caliber smaller than a caliber of each one of the ink-filling holes. The printing assembly may perform the test print. The combining time of the stamp and operating time of the test print are also decreased.
