An agricultural system includes a baling system configured to form a bale of crop material and an accumulator positioned laterally outward from the baling system. The accumulator is adjustable between an open position and a closed position, and the baling system is configured to receive the crop material from the accumulator.
UNIFORM BALE FORMATION SYSTEM
A baler implement has a pick-up to gather crop material, a baling chamber having an inlet, and a uniform feeding apparatus. The uniform feeding apparatus includes a flap. The flap is positioned downstream of the pick-up and upstream of the inlet relative to movement of the crop material along a crop path. The flap is selectively controllable for movement relative to a central longitudinal axis of the baler implement between a first position of the flap to direct the crop material toward a first lateral side of the baling chamber relative to the central longitudinal axis, and a second position of the flap to direct the crop material toward a second lateral side of the baling chamber relative to the central longitudinal axis.
UNIFORM BALE FORMATION SYSTEM
A baler implement has a pick-up to gather crop material, a baling chamber having an inlet, and a uniform feeding apparatus. The uniform feeding apparatus includes a flap. The flap is positioned downstream of the pick-up and upstream of the inlet relative to movement of the crop material along a crop path. The flap is selectively controllable for movement relative to a central longitudinal axis of the baler implement between a first position of the flap to direct the crop material toward a first lateral side of the baling chamber relative to the central longitudinal axis, and a second position of the flap to direct the crop material toward a second lateral side of the baling chamber relative to the central longitudinal axis.
Round Baler with Starter Roll and Elastically Deflectable Deflector Element
A round baler has a feed channel, a bale chamber, and a starter roll. The starter roll is arranged at an inlet side of the bale chamber and driveable about an axial roll axis in rotational direction. The starter roll feeds a crop flow from the feed channel to the bale chamber for bale formation. A catch device is provided for catching falling material. A tangentially extending catching chamber is formed between the catch device and the starter roll. The starter roll engages material in the catching chamber and feeds the material back to the crop flow. The catch device has a deflector element that, in a rest position, delimits the catching chamber at least in sections radially outwardly. The deflector element is elastically deflectable at least radially outwardly from the rest position such that an exit opening for the material from the catching chamber is produced or expanded.
Belt as continuous traction means for conveyor belts of baling presses or bale wrappers
The present disclosure relates to a belt as a continuous traction means for conveyor belts of bale presses, comprising at least one fabric layer embedded at least in certain regions in a polymer layer, for creating a continuous belt reinforced by at least one fabric layer. The present disclosure provide that cross-stiffening elements are embedded in the polymer layer, for increasing a transverse rigidity of the belt, whereby the cross-stiffening elements are essentially oriented in a transverse direction of the belt, and the belt exhibits, at least in the region of the cross-stiffening elements, a ratio of rigidity between the transverse rigidity and a longitudinal rigidity of at least 2:1.
Belt as continuous traction means for conveyor belts of baling presses or bale wrappers
The present disclosure relates to a belt as a continuous traction means for conveyor belts of bale presses, comprising at least one fabric layer embedded at least in certain regions in a polymer layer, for creating a continuous belt reinforced by at least one fabric layer. The present disclosure provide that cross-stiffening elements are embedded in the polymer layer, for increasing a transverse rigidity of the belt, whereby the cross-stiffening elements are essentially oriented in a transverse direction of the belt, and the belt exhibits, at least in the region of the cross-stiffening elements, a ratio of rigidity between the transverse rigidity and a longitudinal rigidity of at least 2:1.
Round baler
A round baler includes a housing which has a housing part and an ejection flap which is pivotably mounted on this housing part about a bearing axis, and drivable pressing means which are allocated to the housing part and the ejection flap and which define a pressing chamber on the peripheral side, wherein the ejection flap is adjustable by means of a first adjusting apparatus such that when the ejection flap is opened an ejection opening is able to be formed between the housing part and the ejection flap and a dimension of the ejection flap is adjustable. The housing part comprises a retaining roller. The retaining roller is arranged so as to be adjustable between a resting position and a working position in which the retaining roller adopts a position disposed within the ejection opening.

A baler for forming a bale of crop material includes a plurality of walls defining a bale chamber. A drive roller and a plurality of idler rollers are disposed in the bale chamber. At least one baling belt contacts the drive roller and the plurality of idler rollers. A bale engagement roller is rotatable about a bale engagement roller axis. The bale engagement roller is positioned to directly engage crop material in the bale chamber. An actuator is coupled to the bale engagement roller. The actuator translates the bale engagement roller in a direction perpendicular to the bale engagement roller axis.
