DRAWING SYSTEM AND DRAWING METHOD
A drawing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a light source section and a scanning section. The light source section generates a plurality of laser light beams having wavelengths that are different from each other and each correspond to an absorption wavelength of a photothermal conversion agent included in a recording medium. The scanning section scans a surface of the recording medium with the plurality of laser light beams in a state in which irradiation spots of the plurality of laser light beams are arranged side by side at predetermined intervals in a direction orthogonal to or obliquely intersecting with a scanning direction of the plurality of laser light beams.
Tunable Directional Color Transition Compositions and Methods of Making and Using the Same
Color change compositions that transition from a first to second color state upon application of an applied stimulus are provided. Also provided are substrates having the compositions on a surface thereof, as well as methods of making and using the compositions.

IMAGE RECORDING DEVICE AND IMAGE RECORDING METHOD
An image recording device includes a laser irradiation device that emits laser lights output from a plurality of laser light emitting elements to different positions in a predetermined direction; and an image recording unit that controls the laser irradiation device to irradiate a recording object moving relative to the laser irradiation device in a direction different from the predetermined direction with laser so as to heat the object, form image dots, and record an image. The image recording unit controls the laser irradiation device, conducts recording such that at least one of the image dots, recorded alongside at different positions in a direction perpendicular to a relative moving direction of the object, is shifted relative to other ones of the image dots in the relative moving direction, and records a solid image on the object such that the image dot is partially overlapped with all adjacent image dots.
THERMOSENSITIVE RECORDING MEDIUM
As a thermosensitive recording medium utilizes a coloring reaction between a colorless or pale colored electron donating leuco dye and an electron accepting color developing agent, a thermosensitive recording medium using an environment-friendly color developing agent is provided.
Provided is a thermosensitive recording medium having a thermosensitive recording layer comprising a colorless or pale colored electron donating leuco dye and an electron accepting color developing agent on a substrate, wherein the thermosensitive recording layer comprises a gluconolactone as the electron accepting color developing agent.
LIGHT IRRADIATION APPARATUS AND INFORMATION REWRITABLE SYSTEM
A light irradiation apparatus includes an irradiation unit including a light source to emit light to a process-target object, a light source driving circuit to drive the light source, a light source controller to control the light source driving circuit to change a light output level of the light source, and a light spot controller to control energy or energy density of a beam spot of the light on the process-target object depending on an operation mode, and a transition mode that one operation mode is being changed to another mode. The light spot controller sets the energy or energy density during the transition mode lower compared to either of the energy or energy density during the one operation mode before the transition mode and the energy or energy density during the another mode after the transition mode.
Reversible recording medium and exterior member
A reversible recording medium according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a recording layer including a coloring compound having an electron-donating property, a color developing/quenching agent having an electron-accepting property, a photothermal conversion agent, and a macromolecular material; and an ultraviolet absorbing layer provided on the recording layer, the macromolecular material including an organic material that has solubility of 20 wt % or more and 80 wt % or less at 25? C. or less and contains 0.5 wt % or less of chlorine atoms, fluorine atoms, and sulfur atoms in a molecule.
Conveyor line system and shipping container
A conveyor line system including an image processing device configured to irradiate a recording part with laser light to perform at least one of image recording and image erasing, the conveyor line system being configured to manage at least one conveying container each including: the recording part in which the image recording is performed by irradiation with the laser light; and an image part in which a displayed image has been drawn, wherein a formula below is satisfied at a wavelength of the laser light with which the recording part is irradiated during the image recording: A+30>B where A denotes an absorbance of the recording part and B denotes an absorbance of the image part of the conveying container.
Decoloring apparatus and sorting method for paper discharge in decoloring apparatus
In accordance with one embodiment, a decoloring apparatus comprises a processor, a decoloring section, a shift roller, a paper discharge section and a paper discharge roller. The processor determines whether or not to execute either a decoloring job or a non-decoloring job. The decoloring section decolors an image on paper formed with decolorable coloring agent. The shift roller moves paper for decoloring job or paper for non-decoloring job in a direction orthogonal to a paper discharge direction of the paper on a same plane for a given distance to sort it. The paper discharge section stacks discharged papers. The paper discharge roller discharges the paper sorted by the shift roller to the paper discharge section.
