IMAGE TRANSFER MATERIAL AND POLYMER COMPOSITION
Provided is an image transfer material, comprising a support, optionally at least one barrier layer, a melt transfer layer, and an image receiving layer. Also provided is a process for preparing the image transfer material. Further provided is a heat transfer process using the disclosed material. In the heat transfer process, after imaging, the image receiving layer and melt transfer layer are peeled away from the optionally barrier-coated support material and placed, preferably image side up, on top of a receptor element. A non-stick sheet is then optionally placed over the imaged peeled material and heat is applied to the top of the optional non stick sheet. The melt transfer layer then melts and adheres the image to the receptor element. A composition comprising: at least one self-crosslinking polymer, and at least one dye retention aid.
IMAGE FORMING METHOD
An image forming method including preparing a thermal transfer sheet having a dye layer on a substrate, the dye layer containing a sublimable dye, preparing a decorative seal having a seal base material on a release sheet, the seal base material having a layered structure of an adhesive layer and a film layered in this order from the release sheet side, the film containing a resin having a dyeing affinity to the sublimable dye contained in the dye layer, and the film having an elongation percentage of not less than 150% and not more than 400% when determined by a test method in conformity with JIS-K-7127:1999, and thermally transferring the sublimable dye in the dye layer onto the seal base material by sublimation thermal transfer process, thereby forming a thermal transfer image on the seal base material.

Optical patterning mask and method for fabricating display device using the same
The optical patterning mask had a protection layer on a light absorption layer. It prevents the light absorption layer from damaged by the cleaning gas when processing the used optical patterning mask for reuse. The protection layer may be made of the same material as bank layer or of material different from the bank layer. The bank layer defines the boundary of the area to be transferred in the transfer layer. The protection layer of the present invention can maintain longer the transfer efficiency of the optical patterning mask, even when the same mask is used repeatedly after cleaning, since the light absorption layer protected from cleaning process can maintain longer its heat conversion property.

Sealed thermacolor tag and label structure
Provided is thermally imagable media in which selected areas may be thermally activated to change color. The thermally imagable media includes a substrate having a first and second surface, the first surface supporting a thermally imagable coating, an extender coating, and a top coating such that when activated the thermally imagable coating produces a visible color. The thermally imagable media is activated in a direct thermal printer.
