Bin auger apparatus with auger clearing position
An auger system for removing particulate material from an interior of s storage bin having a bin floor with a center and a periphery. The auger system may comprise an outflow auger for positioning from the center of the bin floor to the periphery of the bin floor to move the particulate material from the center to the periphery, an inflow auger for positioning from the periphery of the bin floor to the center of the bin floor to move the particulate material toward the center of the bin floor to feed particulate material to the outflow auger; and a movement assembly configured to move the inflow auger with respect to the outflow auger. The system may also include a lift assembly configured to lift the inflow auger upwardly with respect to the bin floor from a lowered operational position to a raised, clearing position.
GRAIN SWEEP
The invention relates to a grain sweep (1) for use on a floor comprising at least a first drive means (2), an elongated frame (3) comprising a rotatably arranged inner end (4) and an outer end (5), a drive wheel (6) adapted to rotate the elongated frame (3) around said inner end (4), and a grain moving means (7) adapted to move grain. The grain sweep (1) further comprises at least one resilient member (8) arranged at either said inner (4) or outer end (5) of said elongated frame (3), wherein the resilient member (8) allows the elongated frame (3) to move from said upper position towards a lower position when pressure is applied upon the elongated frame (3), and wherein the resilient member (8) allows the elongated frame (3) to move back towards said upper position when the pressure is removed.

ADAPTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR OPTIMIZATION OF GRAIN HANDLING SYSTEMS
A system is presented for monitoring grain handling systems at a grain handling site. The system includes a central control system and one or more intermediate control devices communicatively connected to the grain handling systems. The central control system is configured to provide a first user interface configured to facilitate creation of a process flow and programming of the intermediate control devices to operate in accordance with the process flow. In one or more arrangements, the central control system is configured to control operation of grain handling systems to optimize the process flow for one or more performance parameters selected by a user.

Grain bin unload trough conveyor auger hanger assembly and method
A method of positioning a grain bin unload conveyor auger within a grain bin unload conveyor trough includes positioning an auger hanger on a pair of hanger support shelves at an open exterior end of the grain bin unload conveyor trough to support the grain bin unload conveyor auger away from adjacent interior surfaces of the grain bin unload conveyor trough, and pushing the grain bin unload conveyor auger through the open exterior end of the grain bin unload conveyor trough to cause the auger hanger to continuously support the grain bin unload conveyor auger away from the interior surfaces of the grain bin unload conveyor trough as the auger hanger moves longitudinally along the pair of hanger support shelves from the open exterior end to a final operational position of the auger hanger between the open exterior end and an interior end of the grain bin unload conveyor trough.
Sweep system for full elevated floor grain bins
A full floor sweep system having a skeletonized head section to facilitate removal of grain from a grain bin. The sweep system having an elongated body extending a length between an inward end and an outward end and having a leading side and a trailing side. The elongated body is connected to a pivot point at the center of the grain bin and is configured to rotate around the pivot point. An agitator is connected to the outward end of the elongated body and is configured to agitate grain as the elongated body rotates around the pivot point. The agitator includes an impeller that is connected to a shaft that extends through the elongated body. A scraper is positioned at the outward end of the elongated body and is configured to move grain into the path of the elongated body.
Sweep auger drive shield with gravity reclaim
A sweep auger system having a driveshaft with auger fighting and a backboard extending a length from an inward end to an outward end. An input of a gearbox is connected to an outward end of the drive shaft and a sweep wheel having a plurality of notches, arms and feet is connected to an output of the gearbox. A drive shield is placed around a rearward side of the sweep wheel that forms a channel that is configured to capture grain agitated by the drive wheel. A guide plate is connected to the gearbox and covers a portion of the gearbox. The guide plate angles from an upper outward edge downward and forward to a lower inward edge that is configured to urge the grain captured within the channel of the drive shield to move in front of the sweep auger system reducing grain left in the grain bin.
Grain bag unloader attachment for core and bag removal
A device and method for winding/rolling up a grain bag when emptying a grain bag and also for removing a core from a coiled roll of spent grain storage bag so that the coiled roll of spent grain storage bags can be removed from a grain bag unloading assembly without uncoiling or unrolling the coiled roll of spent grain storage bags. The device uses a hydraulic system to extract the core from which the grain bag length is wound around during unloading of the grain storage bag. The core is similarly extendable to allow for rolling subsequent grain storage bags therearound.
