The card is separably enclosed in the card mount paper. The card is peelably adhered to support mount paper. A PIN code is indicated on the support mount paper side adhesion surface of the card, and a POS code is indicated on the support mount paper side adhesion surface of the card mount paper. The card mount paper has a hole such that the hole is facing the POS code.

The at least one memory storing instructions causing the at least one processor to electronically create a profile data file associated with the participant and a beneficiary designated by the participant. The profile data file configured to receive and store message data and configuration data, the configuration data including at least an account identifier for linking transferred funds to the profile data file.
