PET LEASH
A pet leash includes a handle member, a first spring mechanism having a first end configured to be connected to the handle member, a belt system having a first end configured to be connected to a second end of the first spring mechanism, a second spring mechanism having a first end configured to be connected to the first end of the belt system and the second end of the first spring mechanism, and a second end configured to be connected to a collar. The springs stretch in response to any movement from the pet away from the pet handler and reduce the force on the handler and the dog.
CATCH
The present invention provides a releasable catch, such as for releasable attachment to a dog collar or the like. In particular, the present invention provides a releasable catch comprising a body having a first elongate portion and a second elongate portion, the first and second elongate portions being engaged with one another at a pivot region and pivotable relative to one another about the pivot region between an open configuration in which the second elongate portion contacts the first elongate portion at a first contact location to define a first closed aperture adjacent the pivot region and a second open aperture distal to the pivot region, and a closed configuration in which the second elongate portion also engages the first elongate portion at a second contact location along its length and close the second aperture distal to the pivot region, and wherein the second elongate member is biased in a direction towards the second contact location so as to bias the catch in the closed configuration. Also provided is a dog lead comprising an elongate flexible portion engaged with such a releasable catch.
BUCKLE STRUCTURE
A buckle structure includes a hook-shaped buckle body and a movable bolt. The hook-shaped buckle body includes a question mark-shaped body and a blocking section provided at an upper end thereof, a receiving cavity is formed between the movable bolt and the question mark-shaped body. The lower end of the movable bolt is hinged at the lower end of the question mark-shaped body, the upper end of the movable bolt is elastically contacted with the upper end of the question mark-shaped body. the contact point of the movable bolt and the hook-shaped buckle body is located in the middle of the hook-shaped buckle body, so that the buckle can be easily mounted on the buckle structure as long as the buckle is sleeved on the blocking section and the buckle is moved in the direction of the receiving cavity.
QUICK RELEASE LEASH
A quick release leash which includes a flexible leash line that terminates in a male member of a quick release coupling. The quick release coupling has a female receiver which receives the male member in mating relation. A locking pin passage that intersects the female receiver. The male member of the quick release coupling has an aperture. A locking pin is axially movable in the locking pin passage and is biased by a biasing member into engagement with the aperture of the male member. When a force is exerted upon a manual release sufficient to overcome the biasing force of biasing member, the first end of the locking pin is withdrawn from the aperture of the male member and the male member is released. This quick release leash was developed as a safety device for water sports to quickly release a person from their board, but has wider application.
Pull buckle
A pull buckle, which includes a lock body, a fastener, a first elastic member and a key assembly. The lock body is provided with a mounting cavity and an insertion port. One end of the fastener is provided with a connecting portion, which is inserted in the mounting cavity. The first elastic member is defined on a bottom wall of the mounting cavity and the bottom wall faces to the insertion port; the first elastic member contacts with the connecting portion when the fastener is inserted in the mounting cavity. The key assembly is clamped to the connecting portion so as to lock the fastener in the mounting cavity; or the key assembly is pressed to unlock the connecting portion, the first elastic member ejects the connecting portion out of the mounting cavity and releases the fastener.
LEASH AND HARNESS ASSEMBLIES
An assembly providing a leash component, a harness component and an attachment mechanism adapted to attach the leash to the harness is provided. The leash includes two or more handles positioned along its length that may be connected together to effectively reduce the leash's length. The attachment mechanism includes guiding magnets that may facilitate the proper alignment and orientation of the mechanism during engagement between the leash and the harness. In this way, the attachment mechanism is configured to be activated using one hand.
Tangle Free Elastic Pet Tether
A pet tether comprising a flexible and stretchable cord comprising first end and a second end, a first cord clamp and a second cord claim. The first cord clamp is configured to clamp the first end of the cord when the first end of the cord passes through the first cord clamp and loops back into the first cord clamp. The second cord clamp is configured to clamp the second end of the cord when the second end of the cord passes through the second cord clamp and loops back into the second cord clamp.
PASSIVE SAFE ANTI-PINCH TRACTION ROPE
The present invention provides a passive safe anti-pinch traction rope, comprising a traction rope body and a hook. A linking device is connected between the traction rope body and the hook, and one end of the hook is provided with a first ball limiting groove. The linking device comprises a linking outer shell, a linking piece and a connecting piece. The hook is detachably connected with the linking device by means of the cooperation of a first ball and the first ball limiting groove. The connecting piece is detachably connected by means of the cooperation of a second ball, and a second ball limiting groove. According to the present invention, the connection can be removed rapidly in case of emergency.
CLOSING DEVICE FOR RELEASABLY CONNECTING A FIRST PART TO A SECOND PART
A closing device for releasably connecting a first part to a second part. The closing device may have a first closing unit comprising a spherical engaging part, and a first retaining device for attaching the first part. The closing device also may comprise a second closing unit which has a second retaining device for attaching the second part, and a cut out, which is delimited by a wall, for receiving the spherical engaging part, where the cut out has an opening for inserting the spherical engaging part. A sliding unit may be located in the cut out, said sliding unit being preloaded in the direction of the opening, and the sliding unit can be displaced into an open position and a closed position. In the open position of the sliding unit, the spherical engaging part may be received in the cut out.
Guide dog harness apparatus for the blind and visually impaired
A guide dog apparatus comprises a form fitting guide dog harness, an extensible and rotatable human guiding handle, and a single point attachment mechanism connecting the dog harness and human guiding handle. The harness includes a dorsal panel and a ventral panel. A user handle is connected to an attachment member that is mounted to the dorsal panel of the harness and which includes a clamping gudgeon that retains a pintle attached to the handle in a desired orientation. The apparatus positively couples linear guiding forces in the ventral, dorsal, cranial, and caudal directions. The guiding handle attachment positively couples rotational guiding forces about the vertical dorsoventral axis and the horizontal anteroposterior axis. Freedom of rotation is provided about the lateral horizontal left-right axis. The user is able to laterally adjust the distance between grip and the harness.
