MULTI-PET LEASH
An apparatus and method for avoiding the entanglement of a pet leash when restraining multiple pets under leashed conditions is disclosed. The multi-pet leash includes a multi-terminal direct connect line assembly that is operatively coupled to a primary leash lead. The multi-terminal lead is coupled to the primary leash lead through a self-adjusting plexi-slider attached to a distal end of the primary leash lead. A coupling is provided at opposed ends of the multi-terminal lead for attachment to a collar or harness of the pet. The multi-terminal lead is slidably received through the self-adjusting plexi-slider such that each pet retained on opposed ends of the multi-terminal lead are cooperatively joined with the primary leash lead. The cooperative joining of the pets provides an interconnected awareness of the other pet allowing the pets to learn to avoid leash entanglements.
Animal restraint system
Systems, devices and methods for restraining animals are disclosed. The system includes various collar, harness and leash designs. The collars, harnesses and leashes can include various size adjustor assemblies. The designs can be modular and scalable for improved functionality.
Retractable Leash Device
The present invention relates to a retractable leash device primarily comprised of a housing, a disk, a leash and a harness and/or collar. The housing is preferably circular and houses a rotating and locking disk, wherein the housing attaches magnetically to a flat bottom member and the member attaches to a magnet located on the harness or collar. The disk further receives a leash that can be retracted within the housing around the disk for storage when not in use. In addition, one embodiment of the device may allow for the attachment of a second device that has an additional tether, such that a user can tether a second animal to the device as it is worn by a first animal. Therefore, a user can walk multiple animals using only one leash, and wherein the tether can still be stored within the housing when not in use.
Safe and humane animal head collar
A safe and humane head collar for an animal includes a clasp and a head strap extending through first and second channels formed in the clasp. The head strap has a first end secured to a slip loop and a second end secured to a lead attachment. The head strap passes once through the slip loop to form a head loop for passing over a head of the animal. The safe and humane head collar also includes a nose strap extending through third and fourth channels formed in the clasp to provide a nose loop for passing over a nose of the animal, the nose strap having first and second ends terminating below the clasp. When fitted to the animal, the clasp secures a portion the first and second ends of the nose strap and a portion of the head loop below a lower jaw of the animal, and the head loop is positioned so that the slip loop is situated behind an ear of the animal.
No Choke, Control Harness
A no choke, control harness may include a main harness strap comprising a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a midpoint. The main harness strap may define a lateral orientation and may be configured for draping across the withers of a quadruped. The harness may also include a first and second leg loops extending respective ends of the main harness strap in respective first and second lateral direction. The leg loops may be configured for positioning around respective forelegs of the quadruped. Each leg loop may be formed from a strap having a first end and a second end opposite the first end sharing a top surface and a bottom surface wherein the top surface of the first end is connected to the bottom surface of the second end. The harness may also include a leash attachment.
ANIMAL LEASH AND ACCESSORIES
The disclosure describes an animal leash that includes a strap including first and second strap portions stacked one over the other, the strap having a first end and a second end. The leash includes a first coupling link attached to the first end of the strap, and a second coupling link attached to the second end of the strap. Along a middle section of the strap, the first and second strap portions form loops. The first coupling link is operable for attachment to any one of the loops. The disclosure also describes a storage attachment for use with an animal leash.
Dog rope leash with integrated storage function
A dog rope leash with a storage function, including: a rope body, a handle on one end of the rope body, a clasp on the other end of the rope body, and a connection box mounted on the handle and/or rope body. The inside of the connection box has a storage cavity, and the surface of the connection box has an access port connected to the storage cavity. Garbage bags or other items in the storage cavity of the connecting box by designing the connection box on the dog rope leash, which is simple in structure and convenient in use.
LIGHT UP BUCKLE FOR USE WITH A DOG COLLAR
The invention discloses a light up buckle for use with a dog collar. This buckle design comprises a Plastic Computer Board (PCB) which incorporates LED's, a mini-USB port, a switch and a rechargeable battery. The lithium-ion battery is housed within the buckle assembly and is protected from water by means of rubber seals when the buckle is in the closed or locked position.
The main components are molded from translucent plastic, to allow the LED's to illuminate the assembly when switched on. There are multiple settings for the LED's to allow for a steady illumination or various flashing/pulsing settings. The buckle is intended for illumination at night to aid the visibility of an owner's canine that wears the buckle on the collar.
The buckle can be fitted onto a collar strap or body harness and so has multiple uses and applications.
The buckle design is rounded and has smooth edges to ensure no discomfort is experienced by the canine. There is a trigger switch located on the underside of the buckle which is operated by pressing a rubber button that protrudes from the plastic casing.
The entire assembly is water-resistant, by means of two rubber components that interlock when the buckle is closed. The pressure between these two rubber plugs ensures water cannot get access to the electronics and battery.
PET LEASH AND COLLAR SYSTEMS
A pet collar for preventing pet theft includes a latch assembly selectively movable between an open position and a closed position. The latch assembly has a front plate cover, a back plate cover, a cam pivotally secured to and positioned in between the front and back plate covers, a first eye extending from a surface of the front plate cover, and a second eye extending from a surface of the cam. The latch assembly includes a cord having a first end secured to the latch assembly and a second end secured to a portion of the cord. The cord extends through a channel defined by the front and back plate covers.
Dog collar-leash combination
A dog collar-leash combination including a collar (1) and a leash (2) in a housing (20), which leash is made available by means of a rolling and unrolling mechanism (21). The leash (2) in the housing (20) can be unwound against a spring force. An outer end of the leash (2) has a grip (22). The collar (1) has first and second free ends (11, 12) and the housing (20) for the leash (2) is provided on the first end (11) and a loop (13), through which the leash (2) is fed, is provided on the second end (12).
