Security Sheet
The present disclosure is directed towards a security sheet (11) for displaying data (16). The security sheet (11) comprises a data sheet (15) for displaying data (16) and an attachment layer (17). The attachment layer (17) comprises a plurality of tabs (25) extending from an attachment portion (26) for attaching the data sheet (15) into a security document (10). The plurality of tabs (25) are attached to the data sheet (15) such that the attachment layer (17) is attached to and extends from the data sheet (15). The attachment layer (17) can comprise a textile.
Security sheets comprising security elements
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a security sheet comprising a security element (11), a core structure (10) for forming the security sheet, a stack (29) including such a core structure (10), a security sheet comprising the core structure (10) or stack (29) and a security document comprising the security sheet. At least one perforation (20) is formed through, from a first core surface (13) to a second core surface (14) of, at least one core layer (12) comprising plastic. A security element (11) is fed through the at least one perforation (20) such that the security element (11) extends through, from the first core surface (13) to the second core surface (14) of, the at least one core layer (12). At least one first region (17) of the security element (11) is located over part of the first core surface (13) and at least one second region (18) of the security element (11) is located over part of the second core surface (14).
Producing an optical security element
The present invention is directed to a method for supplying an optical security element in a value document, as well as to an accordingly devised apparatus for adjusting an optical security element as well as to the value document per se. According to the invention a method is proposed which makes it possible to supply a known optical security element in an especially simple technical way, without a vapor deposition of embossed structures being necessary in this connection. Further the present invention is directed to a computer program product having control commands, which executes the method or operates the proposed apparatus.

INTEGRATED FLOATING IMAGE FOR SECURITY DOCUMENTS
Security article and method for producing a security article. The method includes microprinting on a patch an array of microimages, placing a first translucent layer over the substrate and first patch, and laminating the substrate, the patch, and the first translucent layer using a lamination tool. The resulting security product includes a microlens array is located in the first translucent layer in register with the patch such that microimages have a one-to-one correspondence with lenses of the array of microlenses, wherein when the microimage array is viewed by a viewer through the microlens array, a composite image is visible to a viewer of the security article.
Card-use resin composition having laser-marking coloring properties and card made therewith
The present invention realizes a card-use resin composition that exhibits beautiful colors and that has high laser-marking coloring properties, a card-use resin sheet formed with the card-use resin composition, and a card. The above problem has been solved by a card-use resin composition containing a laser coloring agent and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermoplastic resin contains a polycarbonate resin, and the laser coloring agent contains at least one type of black pigment, the primary particle diameter of the black pigment being 40 to 80 nm, and the amount of the black pigment with respect to the entire mass of the card-use resin composition being 20 to 40 mass ppm.
Method of laminating multi layer structure together in a roll-to-roll process to make a pre-lamination that may be used in the making of credit and gift cards and mirror image variations thereof
The invention provides a free flowing copolymer between disparate plastic layers to thermally balance between the two differently expanding/contracting materials. The primer layer or thermal balance layer fully encapsulates the PET layer and can absorb the difference between the internal PET layer with any layer bonded to the encapsulated PET without cracking, bending or pitting and can reset into position when the heating/cooling has ended to make planar plastic core sheets for products such as credit cards, gift cards and the like.

Method for integrating a hologram into a security document body and security document body
A method for integrating a hologram into the body of a security document that has a laminated body. The method includes: providing a holographic film having a backing substrate layer and a photo layer; providing additional substrate layers; carrying out a laminating process in order to form the laminated body, the holographic film together with the additional substrate layers being collated to form a substrate layer stack and being combined, together with the additional substrate layers, in a high-pressure, high-temperature laminating method to form the laminated body. There is also described a corresponding security document body.
