Hot foil stamping machine stamping a foil onto a substrate, which improves stamping quality under changing conditions, includes a control unit for controlling the temperature of the stamping interface surface to a predefined desired temperature. The control unit receives at least an actual temperature of the heating plate from the at least one temperature sensor and provides a manipulated variable to the at least one heating device. Further, the stamping machine includes a state observer for estimating an actual temperature of the stamping interface surface of the at least one stamping plate based on a physics-based analytical model of the heat transfer between the heating plate and the stamping plate. The control unit also includes a feedback controller for calculating the manipulated variable for a heating device based on the predefined desired temperature and the estimated actual temperature of the stamping interface surface provided by the state observer.

To provide a method for manufacturing a decorated product that enables to easily manufacture a highly designable decorated product; a decorating sheet that can be used in this method for manufacturing a decorating sheet; and a highly designable decorated product. A decorated product 400 is manufactured by bonding an adhesive layer 200 to an image layer 10 side of a decorating sheet 100 provided with an image layer 10 having a thermal transfer image 20 on a supporter 1, and thereafter integrating the decorating sheet 100 with an object to be decorated 300 on an adhesive layer 200 side of the decorating sheet 100 to which the adhesive layer 200 is bonded.

A press can include an upper platen, a lower platen, a support arm, and an adjuster. The support arm can be adapted to move the upper platen substantially parallel to the lower paten between an open position and a closed position. The adjuster can have a cam adapted to engage a surface of the support arm and to rotate between a first rotational position and a second rotational position relative to the support arm. The release film transfer printing equipment is provided. The release film transfer printing equipment includes a machine, a platform, a transfer device and a downward pressing device. The machine has a control panel. The platform is disposed above the machine, and the platform includes a vacuum pump electrically connected to the control panel. The transfer device includes a mold and a release film fixing frame. The mold is disposed above the platform, and the mold includes a plurality of air holes. The shutter is in the protecting position when the cover is in the open position.
