Hydraulic transfer film and method for manufacturing decorated molded article using same
Provided are a hydraulic transfer film capable of manufacturing a decorated molded product that expresses a design with a concavo-convex feeling by a hydraulic transfer method and having excellent transfer processability and a method for manufacturing a decorated molded product using the same. The hydraulic transfer film includes a water-soluble film having thereon a design layer, wherein the design layer has a low-gloss portion and a high-gloss portion; the low-gloss portion and the high-gloss portion are present at least within a plane on the water-soluble film side of the design layer; the low-gloss portion contains a binder resin and a deglossing agent; and the high-gloss portion is composed of a resin composition containing an acrylic polymer polyol and/or a cured product thereof.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DECAL, AND A DECAL AND A DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A DECAL, AND METHOD FOR DECORATING SURFACES OF OBJECTS
A method for producing a decal with at least one decoration includes: providing a transfer paper, printing, by means of inkjet printing, a primer onto the transfer paper and/or onto a stamping film having a carrier ply and a decorative ply, and applying, at least in areas, the stamping film to the transfer paper by means of hot or cold stamping.
A decal includes a transfer paper and a decoration that can be separated from the transfer paper, wherein the decoration has a primer printed by means of inkjet, a decorative ply of a stamping film and optionally an ink and/or ink layer printed by means of inkjet and/or a protective varnish printed by means of inkjet.
A device for producing a decal and a method for decorating surfaces of object, in particular three-dimensional objects.
SOLVENT TRANSFER PRINTING METHOD
A solvent transfer printing method for applying a pattern made of a non-soluble material and non-dispersible on the surface of an object. The method includes the steps of: m1/ forming a pattern on a surface of a solvent-soluble substrate, m2/ depositing the solvent-soluble substrate on the surface of a solvent bath, on the side of the substrate opposed to the side on which the pattern is applied, in order to dissolve partially the substrate, m3/ dipping the object in the bath, so that the surface of the object comes into contact with the pattern, m4/ getting the object, on which the pattern is applied, out of the bath, and m5/ drying the object.

Temporary tattoo
A method of making a temporary tattoo that in one embodiment art is placed onto a non-stick panel. An absorbent layer with an adhesive side down is placed over the art where the adhesive sticks to both the art and the non-stick panel. An impermeable layer with an adhesive side is stuck completely over the art and at least partially covering the absorbent layer. The then combined art stuck to the absorbent layer in turn stuck to the impermeable layer is removed from the non-stick panel and is placed on the skin for a predetermined period of time while the art is transferred onto the skin using only skin generated moisture captured in the absorbent layer by the impermeable layer.
Hydraulic transfer film and molded product decorated using same
There is provided a hydraulic transfer film which consists of a laminate that has, on a water-soluble film, both an extension-inhibiting resin layer and a luster ink layer containing a luster pigment and a binder resin, wherein: the laminate has protrusions and recesses on the surface opposite to the water-soluble film; and the resin forming the extension-inhibiting resin layer contains a resin (A) having a glass transition temperature of 80 C. or higher. There is also provided a process for manufacturing the same; and a process for producing a decorated molded product, using the transfer film.

MULTI-SCALE PRE-ASSEMBLED PHASES OF MATTER
A method of producing preconfigured arrangements of mobile shape-designed particles. The method includes providing a composite structure comprising a substrate and a layer of particle material over a surface of the substrate; lithographically producing a plurality of shaped-designed particles from the layer of particle material such that the plurality of shaped-designed particles remain substantially in a layer proximate the substrate; and at least one of subsequent to or in conjunction with the lithographically producing, immersing the plurality of shaped-designed particles the substrate in a fluid material, at a preselected temperature. The fluid material comprises a depletion agent having particles having sizes and a volume fraction to provide depletion attraction between at least a portion of the shaped-designed particles and the substrate such that the shaped-designed particles remain substantially in the layer proximate the substrate.
Decoration material
The present application can provide a decoration material in which a printed layer having various designs and colors to meet demands and needs is formed on a basic material layer to have clearness and high adhesion. The present application can also provide a transfer film for manufacturing the decoration material and a method for manufacturing a decoration material using the transfer film.
Method and device of transferring an impression from a substrate to a surface
The present invention relates to a device and method for transferring an impression from a substrate to a surface comprising a surface coated with first layer of release agent; either a second layer of polyvinyl acetate; and a third layer of mixture of acrylamide and styrene acetate or a single layer of mixture of polyvinyl acetate, acrylamide and styrene acetate; and having the impression to be transferred thereon, and a method of making the aforesaid device and transferring an impression from a substrate to a surface.
