Handle assembly system for a hand tool
A handle assembly system includes first and second handle sections intended to be assembled with one another. The first and second handle sections include complementary threads that cooperate to retain the first and second handle sections. The system also includes a friction seal interposed between the first and second handle sections.
GEARED HAND TOOL
A hand tool includes a first jaw; a second jaw rotatably coupled to the first jaw, the second jaw including a first set of projections and a first bearing surface, the first bearing surface having a first curvature; and a lever coupled to the first jaw, the lever including a second set of projections and a second bearing surface, the second bearing surface having a second curvature. During a movement of the first and second jaws from a full open position to a full close position, the first and second sets of projections are at least partially engaged to prevent a slippage between the first and second bearing surfaces that are in a rolling contact during the movement of the first and second jaws from the full open position to the full close position.
Selectively bendable remote gripping tool
A hand-held gripping device that allows a surgeon to reach interior portions of a person's anatomy, includes a gripping portion having a pair of jaws and/or nets movable relative to each other between fully clamped and fully opened positions thereof, a handle portion spaced apart from the jaw portion by a bendable central portion that is hollow and corrugated, with a cord extending therethrough.
FOLDABLE GARDENING SHEAR
A foldable gardening shear may comprise a main body, a pair of handles, and a pair of pivot members. Each of the pivot members has a control unit, a knob, a screw and a pair of covers. The main body comprises a first pivot pin pivotally connect to a pair of cutting members at a middle portion of the main body. Each of the cutting members has a blade formed at an upper portion thereof, and the two blades are configured to couple together to achieve the cutting effect. The present invention is advantageous because the handles can be folded upwardly, which enables the gardening shear to be carried and stored easily; and in the folded position, the handles are respectively located at two lateral sides of the cutting members, which can prevent the blades from hurting the user.
Gardening shear
A gardening shear may comprise a first blade, a second blade, a first handle, and a second handle. By using leverage principle, a user can use the gardening shear of the present invention to easily cut limbs or branches of plant, which is labor-saving. Moreover, the gardening shear of the present invention is simple in structure, which saves time and effort in assembly and lowers costs of manufacture.
Cutting tool
Provided is a cutting tool with which an operator can cut a to-be-cut material by grasping a second handle while setting a first handle stably, and in which the first handle can be changed from a stably-set mode to a grippable mode as with the second handle. The cutting tool has a sidewardly-protruding extension component disposed at the base end of the first handle, which is installed so that, with respect to a handle main body of the first handle, it can be freely changed between a transverse position substantially aligned with the axial direction of the pivotal shaft and a longitudinal position aligned with the lengthwise direction of the handle main body, and, a position holding mechanism is disposed between the extension component and the handle main body, for holding the extension component in each position.
Geared hand tool
A hand tool includes a first jaw; a first handle coupled to a second jaw, the second jaw pivotably coupled to the first jaw and having a first geared structure, the first geared structure including a first plurality of teeth and a first bearing surface; and, a second handle coupled to a lever, the lever pivotably coupled to the first jaw and including a second geared structure, the second geared structure including a second plurality of teeth and a second bearing surface, wherein the first and second handles are movable between a full open position and a full close position such that during movement from the full open position to the full close position, the first plurality of teeth are at least partially engaged with the second plurality of teeth and the first and second bearing surfaces are in rolling contact.
HAND TOOLS
A pruning device comprises a pair of cooperating blades that are pivoted together and handle parts movable to and from each other for a user to operate the cooperating blades. A saw blade part is attachable to and detachable from the device by a user. When the saw blade part is attached to the device the handle parts and cooperating blades are retained in a substantially fixed position relative to each other. When the saw blade part is detached from the device the handle parts and cooperating blades are movable relative to each other.
Pruning shears
Pruning shears include a cutting head with a spring-biased blade pivotally connected to a jaw and arranged to sever a workpiece received in a bight formed by the jaw. A drive mechanism is connected to the cutting head and an elongate housing is connected to the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism includes a rotation preventer for preventing rotation of a second pulley in relation to the drive mechanism when a drawing torque is applied to the second pulley. The drawing torque is greater than a threshold torque, resulting in a second pulley being stationary in relation to the drive mechanism and the first pulley rotating in relation to the drive mechanism.
