WHEEL SPOKE BACK CAVITY WEIGHT REDUCTION SOCKET
A motor vehicle aluminum alloy hub having weight reduction sockets at the back cavity includes a wheel disc and a rim; the wheel disc includes a flange, a flange peripheral portion and spokes; the spoke includes a spoke main arm on one side close to the flange, and two spoke branch arms extend from the spoke main arm; the spoke includes a spoke weight reduction socket on one side of the back cavity, and the spoke weight reduction socket is V-shaped; the spokes include five flange peripheral portion weight reduction sockets uniformly distributed around the flange on the back of the flange peripheral portion; and the flange includes flange weight reduction sockets between bolt holes on one side of the back cavity.
MULTI-PIECE WHEEL FRAME
A multi-piece wheel frame includes a rim and a disc. The rim includes a barrel, and an outer rim portion protruding outwardly from the barrel. The outer rim portion forms an inclined surface, and a ring edge surface connected to an outer edge of the inclined surface and cooperating with the inclined surface to form an obtuse angle. The disc is fixed to the rim, and includes a disc core, a plurality of spoke portions extending radially outwardly from the disc core, and a reinforced ring portion connected to the spoke portions and fixed to the outer rim portion. The reinforced ring portion abuts against at least one of the inclined surface and the ring edge surface.
ASSEMBLED WHEEL
An assembled wheel includes a spoke, a T nut, a screw, a fixing ring, a rim, a brake drum. In use, the T nut is installed in the outermost T groove of the spoke; a second boss on a connecting ring fits with the groove on the back of the spoke; the spoke, the connecting ring and the fixing ring are connected together by the first screw; grooves on the outer side of the brake drum fit with a first boss in the right circumferential direction of the fixing ring; and the second screw axially fixes the brake drum in the fixing ring through a spacer.
WHEEL FLANGE PLANE CLEANING DEVICE
A wheel flange plane cleaning device, in which three second cylinders drive respective first pressure blocks to extend to contact the rim of a wheel, then stepped limit rings, second cylinders and first pressure blocks position and clamp the wheel in the centers of end face support plates, the output end of a first hydraulic cylinder drives a lifting plate, a servo motor and a brush plate to extend to the positions where a brush is in firm contact with the flange plane of the wheel, the output end of the servo motor drives the brush and the brush plate to rotate at a certain speed, the servo motor stops rotating after a period of time, and the three second cylinders drive the respective first pressure blocks to contract to the positions where the wheel can be freely pulled up.
Wheel rim with a rim base made of fiber composite material and method of manufacture
The invention relates to a wheel rim having a rim base (3) of fiber composite material and a wheel disk (2) connected to the rim base (3) in a radial marginal section. The radial marginal section of the wheel disk (2) comprises at least two partial layers (4, 5) on each of which a contoured joining zone (6, 7) which extends substantially axially is formed, the joining zone being flat connected to the rim base (3).
Reversible multi-piece wheels for directional tires
The technology provides a multi-piece wheel for a vehicle that is disassembled to laterally rotate directional tires without needing to dismount a tire from a rim. The multi-piece wheel includes a rim housing with threaded apertures provided at side edges proximate to an outboard flange and an inboard flange. The multi-piece wheel includes a face that is removably coupled to the rim housing, the face having a bore that centers the face on an axle hub, a disk that is concentric with the bore; and spokes that are mechanically coupled to the disk and extend outwardly therefrom, the spokes having apertures at an end opposite to the disk that align with the threaded apertures in the rim housing. The multi-piece wheel further includes a fastener that releasably couples the face and the rim housing and a secondary fastening mechanism that mechanically engages the spokes and the rim housing.
COMBINED WHEEL
A combined wheel includes spokes, steel bushings, a rim, a brake pad, pins and a backing ring. The spokes are placed in respective empty slots between adjacent connecting blocks, and clamping grooves therein are matched with the connecting blocks. The pins are installed into holes of the spokes and the connecting blocks. A left end face of a backing ring is matched with the back of the spokes. A plurality of screws connect the backing ring, the connecting blocks and the spokes and are fitted into the steel bushings. The brake pad is fixed to two pluralities of bosses by a second plurality of screws. In use of the combined wheel, both radial force and axial force generated in the running of the wheel can be counteracted on the spokes. The annular brake pad is installed on the inner wall of the rim, thereby increasing the brake radius.
WHEEL DISC MANUFACTURING METHOD AND WHEEL DISC
A manufacturing method for a wheel disc, includes forming a flange portion, wherein the flange portion is formed such that an inner mold and an outer mold having a cylindrical inner surface with a first inside radius larger than the first outside radius and placed above the inner mold coaxially to the inner mold are brought close relative to each other in an axial direction by one stroke so that the outer edge of the disc material is bent downward, and the cylindrical inner surface of the outer mold is provided with recessed portions hollowed outwardly in a wheel radial direction, the recessed portions being formed in ranges corresponding to the window portions in the wheel circumferential direction and in a range from a middle position to a bottom end in the wheel axial direction.
Wheel arrangement
The present invention concerns a wheel construction as well as a method for making such a wheel construction for e.g. a construction or agricultural machine, such as a tractor, wherein the wheel construction at least includes a wheel rim made up of a rim ring for mounting a first tire and further includes a hub plate which at its outer periphery is fixed to the rim ring at a distance X1 from an annular edge thereof, and extending internally in the first rim ring between the rim ring and the central axis of the first wheel rim (rotary axis of the wheel rim), the first hub plate at an inner periphery including a number of holes and a contact face for mechanical and detachable fixing to either a central hub plate or directly to a hub of a vehicle.
WHEEL FOR A VEHICLE
A wheel includes a rim that is at least partially made from a fiber reinforced plastic. The rim has an inner side directed to the hub region of the wheel and an outer side directed centrifugally away from the hub region of the wheel whereby the outer side comprises a well which is interconnected with an outer shoulder by a transition area. A wheel center is interconnected with the inner side of the rim by means of at least one fastening means wherein the at least one fastening means penetrates the rim via at least one opening that extends from the inner side of the rim to the outer side of the rim. At least one annular cover means is arranged at the outer side of the rim in circumferential direction around the wheel and thereby covers the at least one fastening means and/or the at least one opening.
