SPINNER FOR VEHICLE WHEEL
A vehicle wheel spinning device comprising a disk shaped housing having a front and back disk forming a cavity therein is disclosed. The front disk has a series of decorative apertures formed therein. A spinning disk is rotatably mounted within said cavity. Various visual effects are produced by providing on the surface of the spinning disk facing the front disk of said housing at least one section of a contrasting color to the remainder of the surface. When the spinning disk rotates the colors show through said apertures during rotation of the spinning ring. The spinning device is attached to the front of a vehicle wheel in a manner that the housing rotates with the wheel and the spinning disk rotates separately from the rotation of the housing and continues to rotate for a time after the wheel stops spinning.
SNAP-ON AUTOMOTIVE WHEEL COVER OVERLAY WITH EXTENDED SURROUND AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
An improved snap-on automotive wheel cover overlay with extended overlay and method for manufacturing the same, wherein when snapped in place over an existing damaged manufacturer's wheel cover, the wheel cover overlay with extended surround of the present invention, in addition to the presence of hook-shaped members for the purpose of securing the former to the latter, is further secured by inserting a tension rotation device from the reversed position of a tire into a manufactured in wheel cover overlay tension tabs assembly. such that tension rotation device prongs of a tension rotation device penetrate through a tension rotation device prong's corresponding openings. Said tension tab rotation device is secured in said tension tabs assembly by the use of a tension rotation device fastener. after which an automobile emblem support device with tension tabs corresponding to a tension tab guide plate slits is inserted to further secure the wheel cover overlay with extended surround of the present invention to an existing damaged manufacturer's wheel cover.
WHEEL COVER OVERLAY WITH EXTENDED SURROUND
A snap-on wheel cover overlay for a wheel of a vehicle comprises a peripheral boundary defining an inner surface and an outer surface, a surround extending from the peripheral boundary, a plurality of spokes and a plurality of openings, and a cladding material. Each opening of the plurality of openings passes from the outer surface through the inner surface and is located between each successive spoke of the plurality of spokes. The cladding material is configured to connect the inner surface to the wheel.

DRIVEN AERODYNAMIC WHEEL COVER FLAP SYSTEM WITH OFFSET PASSIVE ACTUATOR
A wheel cover flap system and methods of use are provided. The wheel cover flap system may comprise a wheel, comprising one or more openings, and one or more wheel cover flaps, coupled to the wheel, configured to be positioned in an expanded position and a compressed position. In the expanded position, the one or more wheel cover flaps may be configured to cover the one or more openings of the wheel. In the compressed position, the one or more wheel cover flaps may be configured to uncover the one or more openings of the wheel. The wheel cover flap system may comprise dual offset actuators, configured to exert a collapsing force configured to compress the one or more wheel cover flaps and enable the one or more wheel cover flaps to expand when an expanding force exceeds the collapsing force.
