Bicycle hub assembly
A bicycle hub assembly comprises a hub axle, a hub body, a sprocket support body, and a freewheel structure. The sprocket support body includes at least ten external spline teeth configured to engage with a bicycle rear sprocket assembly. Each of the at least ten external spline teeth has an external-spline driving surface and an external-spline non-driving surface. The freewheel structure includes a first ratchet member and a second ratchet member. The first ratchet member includes at least one first ratchet tooth. The second ratchet member includes at least one second ratchet tooth configured to engage with the at least one first ratchet tooth in a torque transmitting manner.
Bicycle hub assembly
A bicycle hub assembly comprises a hub axle, a hub shell, a sprocket support body, a first ratchet member, a second ratchet member, a first biasing member, at least one receiving member, and a second biasing member. The first ratchet member is provided between the second ratchet member and the first biasing member in an axial direction. The at least one receiving member is provided between the first ratchet member and the first biasing member in a radial direction with respect to a rotational axis. The at least one receiving member includes a radially receiving part having a radially outer surface. The second biasing member contacts the radially outer surface of the radially receiving part to bias the radially receiving part toward the rotational axis in the radial direction.
Bicycle rear sprocket assembly
A bicycle rear sprocket assembly comprises at least one sprocket having a total tooth number that is equal to or larger than 15. The at least one sprocket includes at least ten internal spline teeth configured to engage with a bicycle hub assembly.
Driveline Disconnect Assembly
A driveline disconnect assembly disconnects a wheel hub from a drive shaft supported by a grounding component, such as a suspension knuckle. The driveline disconnect assembly includes a support frame that is fixedly secured to the grounding component. The support frame extends around at least a portion of the drive shaft and extends between first and second support frame sides. The support frame defines a central axis. A linear actuator is fixedly secured to the support frame and extends around at least a portion of the drive shaft. The linear actuator includes a shift sleeve moving axially relative to the support frame. The shift sleeve extends around at least a portion of the drive shaft to selectively engage and disengage the wheel hub to connect and disconnect the wheel hub from the drive shaft, respectively.
Sprocket support body and bicycle hub assembly
A sprocket support body comprises an external spline configured to be engaged with an internal spline of a bicycle sprocket arrangement. The external spline includes a plurality of external-spline driving surfaces configured to transmit a rotational driving force between the sprocket support body and the bicycle sprocket arrangement in a circumferential direction. The plurality of external-spline driving surfaces includes at least four first external-spline driving surfaces and at least one second external-spline driving surface. The at least four first external-spline driving surfaces are respectively arranged on at least four of nine first external-spline driving positions equally arranged in the circumferential direction about a rotational center axis at a first external-spline pitch angle which is equal to 40 degrees. The at least one second external-spline driving surface is offset from the nine first external-spline driving positions in the circumferential direction about the rotational center axis.
Freecoaster hub system for a bicycle
A freecoaster hub system for a bicycle allows the bicycle to coast freely in either a forward or backward direction. The freecoaster hub system includes a hub assembly having a hub and an axle, wherein the hub is interconnected to the rim of a wheel of the bicycle by a plurality of spokes. The freecoaster hub system for a bicycle also includes a transmission assembly at least partially mounted in the hub and operatively interconnected to the axle and the hub. The transmission assembly comprising a drive assembly and an engagement assembly, each of which operatively engage the axle and or hub.
HUB DEVICE
A hub device is provided, including: a hub shell, defining an axial direction, including a room open in the axial direction, an inner wall of the room including an annular toothed portion and an annular trench; a ratchet ring, including an outer toothed portion, the ratchet ring being disposed in the room, the outer toothed portion and the annular toothed portion being engaged with each other; and a blocking member, disposed within the annular trench, the blocking member and the ratchet ring being blocked with each other in the axial direction.
Axle assembly with sealed wheel end bearings and sealed pinion input bearings
A vehicle axle assembly including an axle housing, carrier assembly, and first and second axle shafts. The axle housing is formed from an upper beam and a lower beam that are positioned in a clam-shell arrangement. The carrier assembly includes a carrier housing and a differential that includes a ring gear arranged in meshing engagement with a pinion. The first and second axle shafts extend outwardly from the differential in opposite directions. The pinion is rotatably supported by a self-lubricating cartridge pinion input bearing and the outboard ends of the first and second axle shafts are rotatably supported by self-lubricating and unitized grease wheel end bearings. These bearings do not require lubrication from oil contained inside the axle housing allowing for a reduced oil fill level in the axle housing, creating less viscous losses and better efficiency.
Stator core end caps
Electric motors are disclosed. The motors are preferably for use in an automated vehicle, although any one or more of a variety of motor uses are suitable. The motors include lift, turntable, and locomotion motors.
