Universal wheel assembly and smart cleaning device having same
Embodiments of the present application disclose a universal wheel assembly and a smart cleaning device having the same. The universal wheel assembly includes a rotating shaft support and a universal wheel support. The rotating shaft support is configured to be fixed to a predetermined mounting position. The universal wheel support is connected to the rotating shaft support and is rotatable relative to the rotating shaft support. The universal wheel support is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is used for a mounting tool to pass through to fix the rotating shaft support to the predetermined mounting position.
REMOVABLE WORK BOX CASTER
Removable work box casters for a job site work box having support skids comprised of an open polygonal shaped frame having a skid base plate and skid side plates. Each caster has an upper plate segment, a closed end section, a lower plate segment that creates a sleeve between the upper and lower plate segments, and a wheel assembly. The skid base plates of the skids are positioned within the sleeve of a selected removable work box caster. A security device may be included to assist in retaining the skid base plate within the sleeve of the removable work box caster.
Positioning Systems
A method and apparatus for positioning a manufacturing tool. A wheel assembly comprises a wheel plate and rollers. The wheel plate has a perimeter and an axis of rotation that is tiltable about a tilt axis. The rollers are arranged near the perimeter of the wheel plate, each of the rollers having an axis of rotation parallel to the tilt axis. An apparatus comprises an upper frame, a lower frame associated with the upper frame, a wedge slideably located between the upper frame and the lower frame, and a force applicator associated with the wedge.
HIGH STRENGTH CASTER WITH DUAL OFFSET ORBITAL MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
In a heavy duty orbital caster assembly that includes a rotatable wheel unit joined to a transfer plate that pivots about a mounting post extending from a mounting plate adapted to be secured to the bottom surface of an object, the improvement comprising a pair of roller bearing assemblies that extend upwardly from the upper surface of the transfer plate adjacent to the caster wheel post as it extends through its bearing. The rollers impinge on the lower surface of the mounting plate, and serve to transfer some of the load of the supported object directly to the caster wheel, enabling the support of very heavy loads.
CASTER ADAPTER OR WHEEL ASSEMBLY FOR MOBILE WHEEL BASE
In order to form a mobile wheel base, a stem caster adapter or a wheel assembly are attached to the bottom of a platform support or a container such as a cardboard carton are provided. The adapter has a body with a cylindrical recess open at the bottom surface adapted to receive and engage the stem of the caster. In the wheel assembly, a wheel or roller is rotatably attached to the bottom of the body. Both the adapter and wheel assembly have a cylindrical member extending from the top surface of the body with oppositely extending protrusions forming a bayonet-type mount. The mount is received within an opening in the bottom of the platform support or container and then rotated to attach the adapter or wheel assembly to the platform support or container.
Frame for a creeper
A frame (10) for a creeper includes spaced side rails (11) having a generally flat top surface (12) and a generally flat bottom surface (13). Opposed arcuate surfaces (14) extend between the ends of the top (12) and bottom (13) surfaces to form a generally oval profile for the side rails (11). A plurality of caster assemblies (15, 16, 17) each include a generally flat mounting plate (36) which is positioned adjacent to, and attached to, the flat bottom surface (13) of the side rails (11). A plurality of crossrails (23, 24, 25, 26) extend between the side rails (11) and are adapted to receive a pad.
Articulating carriage
An articulating carriage for moving an object across a surface having a non-planar obstruction to allow movement of the object over the obstruction. The articulating carriage has a walking beam assembly that pivotally supports a pedestal to dispose a support surface thereof above the walking beam assembly. The walking beam assembly has a base plate, wheeled casters and a pair of spaced apart hangers having articulation openings. The walking beam pivots relative to the pedestal. In one embodiment, the pedestal is pivotally mounted on the walking beam assembly. In another embodiment, a pair of walking beam assemblies are connected with a crosstube that pivotally supports the pedestal. In another embodiment, a major crosstube assembly connects a pair of crosstubes to define a carriage having four walking beams. In yet another embodiment, a compound crosstube assembly connects pairs of major crosstube assemblies to define a carriage having eight walking beams.
UNIVERSAL WHEEL
The universal wheel includes a base member, a vertical axle, a lift member, and a wheel member. The lift member adjusts the universal wheel's height. A first driving element, a second driving element, and an engaging element are configured on the base member and the wheel member. The first driving element for turning the base member laterally within 360 degrees. The second driving element is for rolling the wheel member around its lateral axle. The engaging element couples or decouples an external shaft with the lateral axle of the wheel member. As such, through the first and second driving elements, and the engaging element, the universal wheel can control a height from the ground and can be rolled forward, laterally, obliquely, turned 360 degrees when standing in place, or in a combination of these operations.
Furniture stabilizing assembly
A furniture stabilizing assembly for keeping furniture level on a support surface includes at least one spacer that may be inserted between a leg of furniture and a support surface. Thus, the furniture may sit level on the support surface. The at least one spacer has an adjustable height. Thus, the at least one spacer may space the leg of furniture a selected distance from the support surface.
